I wish I could feel sorry for Palin, knowing that my Biden will surely embarrass the hell out of her during the real debates.

But then I think about how this woman has allowed herself to be used and objectified for the sake of the GOP.

America is being abused and she just smiles (albeit a pretty smile) like it's no big deal. Like, "Hey what's four more years of suffering? *Smile*

"So what if you're losing your home to foreclosure?" *Smile*

"So what if half of your paycheck is spent on gas, to get to a job you're about to get laid off from? *Smile*

5. Well, If Betty Hutton were still alive, I doubt that she would be a Republican. She had more common sense than that. However, if she ran as a Democrat or an Independent, she would have gotten my vote. She was the type that knew bullsh-t when she saw it. Wonderful post, full of more liberal leftist bull$&%#. I don't know how to tell you this, but there is no draft. I've been in the military for over 26 years now, and we don't have a draft, nor do we want one. Regarding unemployment, it is about 6% in this country, one of the best in the world. Regarding the price of gasoline, it was about $2.17 a gallon when the Democrats took over Congress. I don't know how they've managed to screw it up so badly since then, but they have. And the whole mortgage debacle....amazing! People taking out variable rate mortgages that they couldn't afford in the first place, then lamenting their surprise because the payments went up with the interest rates? Give me a break! I have no sympathy for stupidity. Get a brain, sister.

12. I am so pissed that Hillary worked he azz off to put those cracks in the glass ceiling and this b--ch thinks she can just walk in and run for Vice President and bust the ceiling open. This woman apparently does not know how hard Hillary and her people worked for those cracks on the campaign trail and how much debt she is still in making those crack, if I was Hillary I would spit on her.

13. Sarah Palin just ended the last pathetic vestiges of the D party on the national stage. She is from the town the D's say is forgotten, she is the citizen that the D's say they WANT to represent and she will look Joe the jackass in his lyin eyes and tell him she doesn't EVER remember seeing him or Hussein or the Princeton grad in her town. It is only a concept the D's talk about, a sound bite; but for Sarah it is her life and that is why you fear her sooooo much!! Beside, you can't have it both ways, Michelle is trotted out, yes she is gorgeous and you knew that get's votes but face it you know she is no Miss Alaska!!! HAAAAAAAA.

You are mistaken and completely naive if you don't think that she was just a visual ploy to balance out McCain. McCain and the whole party do not care at all about her and she will have no power at all, she will barely even have a job. 15. Larry, how typical. I am one of those rare republicans that actually makes my own decisions on issues instead of taking orders from the party leaders or solely getting my updates from fox news. First and foremost, the mortgage problem was precipitated by ignorance, not stupidity. Ignorance is the lack of knowledge of something without intent. Had these "stupids" understood the fine print terminology that only a realestate attorney could interpret, then maybe these predatory loaners wouldn't be able to take advantage of so many and we wouldn't even be talking. Another spot of our misleading nature as a country: glorifying and un-dangering the military in order to practically force people that want to go to college and can't to sign up. I honestly cannot dignify the gas price comment with a response, because all politicians are so deep in oil's pocket they couldn't do anything if they wanted to. You told her to "get a brain," I am telling you to get an original idea. Matter of fact I am telling the whole nation to think with your hearts not with your party. No one anymore, including yourself, even has an opinion about political issues that isn't party based or bound by propoganda of both parties. It is becoming sick. You are all just being the puppets that they are all hoping you would be born for. Keep following your parties, they will lead you to the demise of this once great nation. Idiots.
