1. That should be a decision he should make with his dermatologist. My 8 year-old daughter had an even bigger mole on the heel of her foot. Her dermatologist recommended she get it removed. When the plastic surgeon first examined it, I got scared because his reaction upon seeing it was not calm. Moles on the bottom of your feet or palms of your hand are something to be concerned about.
Obama is a nice looking man, mole and all. Now, that I think about it people will probably go out and get designer moles.

2. I think that if we were ready for presidents with bald spots, wooden teeth, polio, and fourth-grade educations (Andrew Johnson never attended a day of school in his life!), then we are ready for a president with a mole.
