The rumors have been flying for days now, but finally there's confirmation from that source of sources, the People Daily email: the Jolie-Pitt twins, Vivienne Marcheline and Knox Leon, were born on Saturday by C-section in Nice, France.

Everyone's healthy and Nice's mayor is just giddy about it.

So, celebrity watchers, rejoice, for the suspense is over: the "most famous babies in the world" are now among us and the couple now has six chidren.

Now all that's left is this mystery: why do all the Jolie-Pitt boys' names (Pax, Maddox, Knox) end with an X?

Adoption expert Jane Aronson has treated thousands of orphans (including the most famous orphans in the world) in her saint-like career as a pediatrician in private practice and as head of the important, donation-worthy Worldwide Orphans Foundation. We recently spoke with her by phone about the state of adoption today. The good doctor is incredibly frank. She told us what adopting countries are hot right now, why attachment parenting's 0-3 emphasis is bunk, and why celebrities have it hard. Here's what she said about celebrity adoption:

A lot of people believe that celebrities have a much easier time adopting.

They do not have an easier time adopting; they have a worse time adopting. And they would all agree with me.

By now you know the drill: we started with 64 countries vying to be the next country to supply Angelina with a baby. We narrowed it down to our Sweet Sixteen. Now we present below the Final Four.

Take your vote seriously. We have no proof that Angelina is not reading this blog and considering our reader's wishes vis-a-vis her future adoptions.

Angelina Jolie has finaized the adoption of a three year-old Vietnamese ophan re-named Pax Thien. Jolie is rightly admired for her generosity, and we hope she has room for more.

So from which country should Angelina adopt her next child?

To vote, choose one team in each letter grouping below. (Polls close Friday morning at 9 a.m. EST.) Then the winners face off in pairs in our Sweet Sixteen round, after which we move on to Final Four, then Championship.
