The 2008 Honda Accord That You Can't Buy

ABC Anchors Laugh At Owen Wilson Suicide Attempt
Travis said, "They can't even make a serious apology. They seem to be suppressing laughter and don't even look at the camera--too busy shiffling papers. I thought ABC news was supposed to be a respectable media outlet. Doesn't look like it here."

VOTE NOW!: Miss South Carolina Word Scramble Finalists
Marta R said, "Great job everyone! I must admit, these finalists took the challenge to a whole new level - the new editions of the original speech were funny AND had a plausible message to them, in the sense that someone could actually say them. They were great! Good luck to you all!"

It was another great week of comments here at News Bloggers HQ. Many thanks for participating in our conversation - keep it up!

Was Michelle Obama Going After Hillary?
DW says, "I can't tell but the comment could be referring to HC. One thing I do have to give to Laura and George Bush is that they appear to have a solid marriage which is good for this country to see- a man who loves and shows respect to his wife, but to tell you the truth the President's wife is not the one running the country. Bill Clinton did manage to do a good job but it's just really sad that while running this country, he was also cheating on his wife."

Once again, we've enjoyed another week of your great comments here at News Bloggers. Here are a few of the highlights:

Not Every Woman Should Be A "Skinny Bitch"
Bellaliso says, "Dear Mo, Once I nearly fainted as I arose from donating blood. As my knees began to collapse two very, very large ultra bosomy woman embraced me in a cloud of their sturdy fluffiness and laid me back down. They began "Oh Lawd"ing and patting my hands and holding my face in their equally sturdy fluffy hands. They washed my face with a cool cloth and fed me juice and a cookie until I had recovered. I have never, ever felt so completely relaxed and comforted and I never wanted to leave."

It was another great week for comments here at News Bloggers - keep them coming! Here are just a few that caught our eye:

Are Women Easier to Sleep with in their 20's, 30's or 40's?
Dan says, "After thirty years with the same woman, I'd have to say they complain in their twenties that its all you ever want, in their thirties that you can't keep up, in their forties cause you snore, but after their hearing goes you can finally get some sleep."

Mitt's Mormon Meltdown?
Anne Murphy says, "It's absolutely amazing to me that one's religious faith plays such a big part in politics. Personally, I don't care who a person prays to, where, if anyplace, a person worships, which day, if any they celebrate the sabbath. Most important to me are...the person's comments and actions and ideas regarding my safety, my country, the economy in which I make my living, belief in the care of the elderly, the poor, the homeless, those without healthcare, our children, education, the world situation and how it can be made better for all, etc. Do the candidate's values reflect my own? Do the ideas put forth meld with how I feel? Do I believe the person will be able to perform under pressure? These are the traits I look for in a candidate."

Some highlights from the past week, as written by you dear readers:

Dude Pees Like A Lady
Rose says, "When i was about 21 years old our foreman in the factory I worked in, took a big group of women into the men's room to show us women how clean the men's room was compared to the ladies room For the first time in my life i saw a round trough like structure with a circular shower around it. I asked some women what it was. No one knew. The boss just laughed. For years after that i imagined men standing around this circular trough rinsing off their penis's after peeing. It was about when I became 62 years old I found out what the circular trough was for. Hand washing."
