The US Open Golf Championship wasn't the only recent major competition to finish in a tie after the regulation rounds. But it certainly has a more sensible format for breaking the tie.

No, not questions for CNN's second "groundbreaking", "revolutionary", "never-been-tried-before" CNN/YouTube debate, scheduled for tonight.
The questions here are the ones you really want to ask. Welcome to the historic, visionary, can't-believe-this-is-happening MoRocca180/YouTube forum in which you, the ordinary person, get to ask any CNN anchor any question you've ever wanted answered.
Watch - and if your question wasn't asked, ask it in the comments section. Meanwhile I'll work on getting straight answers. (And I hope to be as successful as CNN was with the Democratic candidates!)

Controversial Levees.org video
Video sifter Dotdude from New Orleans sent me this video that is stirring up controversy down in Louisiana. The group Levees.org is fighting for an independent investigation for the failure of the levees during Hurricane Katrina. They have set up a fact sheet and an action page for people who share the same concerns.
Dotdude warns that this video may not last long, as it's already been removed from youtube once, not because Levees.org regrets posting it but because they can't afford the legal fight that they have been threatened with. Naturally this is the internet and another user has reposted the video, so watch it while you can. And if it's gone by the time you get there go ahead and read the three page NOLA.com article about the video.

Today's Example of Idiocracy
I remember watching Crocodile Hunter when I was a young lad, and yes, after a few beers I may have even chased animals while slurring a faux Steve Irwin accent. But it takes a special branch of evolution to design this fellow.

Canada's CN Tower Eclipsed
Sad news to report from the wintry tundra: it appears the United Arab Emirates massive project "Burj Dubai" has reached 555 meters, which is two meters taller then the 30 year old Canadian phallus we call the CN Tower. This development dethrones the CN Tower as the largest free standing structure in the world. What this will do to the Canadian psyche? We'll have to wait and see.
Here is a random Youtube video with images of the Burj Dubai, but even more interesting is an image that highlights the massive commercial changes of Dubai between 1991 and 2005.

Here is the intense Spike Lee documentary about Hurricane Katrina - a must watch. To view in full screen, click here and then click on the button in the lower right hand side of the video (YouTube loads pretty quick, so it should be smooth.) The documentary is incredible - it contains no narration, just human stories. For a full synopsis click here.
As the world watched in horror, Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans on August 29, 2005. Like many who watched the unfolding drama on television news, director Spike Lee was shocked not only by the scale of the disaster, but by the slow, inept and disorganized response of the emergency and recovery effort. Lee was moved to document this modern American tragedy, a morality play witnessed by people all around the world. The result is WHEN THE LEVEES BROKE: A REQUIEM IN FOUR ACTS. The film is structured in four acts, each dealing with a different aspect of the events that preceded and followed Katrina's catastrophic passage through New Orleans
