Crack Smoker
Jun 20, 2007 - Bissau, Guinea Bissau - Qisa (Crack) addicts in a flop house on the outskirts of Bissau. Guinea Bissau is fast becoming a major route for Cocaine smuggling as well Colombian cartels build an African narco-state with addiction and sales. Local Officials are paid in Cocaine and then have to sell it themselves to make a profit. Often it is cooked and turned into Crack which doubles the yield and produces a powerful and addictive drug that is within the financial reach of the local population.
