South Korean Web Sites Attacked Again

A new round of computer attacks disables several business and government Web sites in South Korea, an official says. Seoul's main intelligence agency blames North Korea or pro-Pyongyang forces for the attacks, which also affected some U.S. sites -- including those for the White House and the Pentagon -- earlier in the week.

CIA Misled Congress, Top Democrats Say

Democrats on the House Intelligence Committee accuse the CIA of repeatedly misleading Congress for years. The charges, spelled out in letters obtained by The Associated Press, come after agency chief Leon Panetta apparently told lawmakers last month that intelligence officials have concealed significant actions since 2001.
