The U.S. Army files 32 counts against the suspect in the Fort Hood massacre for attempted premeditated murder. The charges against Maj. Nidal Hasan are tied to the 30 soldiers and two civilian police officers hurt in the Nov. 5 spree. Those come in addition to the 13 premeditated murder charges against him.
