Lawsuit Blames CNN Host in Mom's Death

CNN host Nancy Grace's aggressive questioning of a Florida mother led to her suicide, a Harvard professor says in the family's wrongful death suit. Grace interviewed Melinda Duckett three years ago after her son Trenton vanished. The 21-year-old mom killed herself the next day, and Dr. Harold J. Bursztajn says in a court filing that Grace's "highly accusatory tone" contributed to her death.

Pearl Harbor Survivor Back 68 Years Later

An estimated 40 to 50 survivors of the attack on Pearl Harbor will commemorate the 68th anniversary of the Japanese assault in a ceremony there. Among them is Ed Johann, a retired firefighter returning to Hawaii for the first time since World War II.
