Billc. I honor you dedication, but.... What do you think your efforts amount to here? We all have our own opinions and it is doubtful your posts will change any minds. Your Champion must act and produce some ideas and suggestions that intrigue the general population. Otherwise he will certainly go down in defeat. RP cannot even get the attention of the Media. Everyone expects a politician to create an excitement with his speeches. RP Creates the impression that: "what sounds to good to be true , probably is". Regardless of his sincerety in what he proposes, No one will listen until he says something contraversal or ridiculous, Then he will get attention. Clinton, uses "Past experience". Obama uses color". Romney uses "Change and experience". And McCain uses " more of the same. A dedicted Bushite". And they all get attention because of their claims. All RP uses is the theme of a "Return to a Ficticious time when all was perfect and honest. We all know that "Time", has never existed in the "Real World". I am 88 yrs old and nave lived through the many phases of our Society, and found each phase contributed to a better life until now when the opposition has found the right formula to gain thier ends. Destroy the opportunities for the working classes and you return them to the condition where they will do anything to survive. Working for peanuts, or crime and debauchery. The effect it has on the working class, and great profits for the wealthy. Who ever said life was wonderful and great, has not lived very long, or has been protected by being born into wealth or great intelligence. All others just exist.

I have read your article and I also choose to bypass
it because, I'm sure, you don't know me.
I am doing ALL the things you are suggesting I do,
and it could be possible, more than you do out there
for the Dr. Paul's cause, and I'll tell you why.
One of Ron Paul's main issues is to be FREE and say
whats on your mind no matter how many times you say
it,thats what he means by being FREE.
AND YOU my friend would serve the rEVOLution much

Hey Bill........ Sure I followed your instructions, but before you even suggested them. Your suggested link is just another of the "SWIFT BOAT", type rhetoric, Just more of The Russ Limbaugh BS. Some one who wants to think for me. It means nothing, only what another mind wants me, and you to beleive. I never watch Fox News. I find it too biased. I watch the McNeil programs on Ch. 24. and the Local,and Evening News on ABC, CNN and NBC. But, I do read most of the news commentators on the internet. I find them a varied lot. They write from the ridiculous to the sublime. and I enjoy sorting out the ridiculous claims. In the 88 years I have lived, I have learned to sort out the BS. artists quite well. My only concern for the RP. crowd is that, they will forget the prime purpose of this next election. When your man has failed, pick the next best and hope for the best. God Help us if you allow a former memeber of the Keating Seven (McCain) to get elected over any Democratic contender. And that is what you are your followers are doing now. Don't go down with a failed cause and lose The entire fight. For many years I was a member of the Republican Party. I changed to an Independant, then to the Democrat Party, when I found I could not vote fully as an Independant. The republican party was changed irrevocably When Reagan became President and we had four years of an Alziemers leader. And the govt. being led by his wife, a former Follies dancer and ollie North, an ego maniac. I still susggest you should (all) get behind the winner of the Democratic parties leader and hope for the best. IN fact. that is the only answer to our present dilemma, but not the answer to all our problems. CFR Members? Better to join the crowd and try to control it, than to ignore and loose entirely. Like Bush did with the UN.

Ron Paul Sweeps Northern Maine Caucuses

Texas Congressman Dr. Ron Paul scored a stunning upset win over all three of his opponents in the Aroostook County Presidential Preference Survey during the weekend caucuses just concluded. It also would appear that Dr. Paul's supporters won the lion's share of the delegate seats to the Maine Republican Convention in early May from the county.

There were 3 undecided voters in Aroostook County with regard to the presidential preference. This vote is a non-binding survey merely intended to indicate Maine Republicans' preference for President. Delegates were also selected for many towns to the Republican State Convention.

Aroostook County volunteer coordinator of the Ron Paul 2008 effort, and Vice-chairman of the county Republicans, Steve Martin of Amity, had this to say about the upset results. "I love Aroostook County people. They are the most independent-minded and deeply-considerate folks in Maine. It is clear that Dr. Paul's message of reduced government, lower taxes, personal liberties and non-interference in the internal matters of other nations struck a cord here in Aroostook County. Dr. Paul's opposition to a Northern Maine National Park coupled with his deep respect for private property and gun rights also played a part in sweeping all three caucus locations."

The county Republicans will be meeting again for their regular monthly meetings at the Presque Isle Inn & Convention Center on Saturday morning, February 16th at 9:00 AM.



With all Aroostook towns reporting, the results were as follows for Aroostook's 3 caucus locations:

Fort Kent:
Ron Paul 3
Mitt Romney 2
Mike Huckabee 2
John McCain 1

Houlton:
Ron Paul 16
Mitt Romney 11
Mike Huckabee 8
John McCain 4

Presque Isle:
Ron Paul 29
Mitt Romney 27
John McCain 17
Mike Huckabee 16

Aroostook County totals with percentages:

Ron Paul: 48 votes 34.5%
Mitt Romney 40 votes 28.8%
Mike Huckabee 26 votes 18.7%
John McCain 22 votes 15.8%

where, if his friends he knew well were out
numbered,he would join the bullies on another
street that he didn't even know,just so he could
win. Guess what Mr. Parks, he lost BIG one day!

cycle, now know who is going to run this
country,and unfortunately this time,again,
it will NOT be the one who gets elected.
There will be just another PUPPET again
in the Whitehouse for the Elites Agenda,
NOT for the People and our Constitution.
So...What this election comes down to again,
Mr. Parks,is that Puppets are voting for
another Puppet President for 2008.
