We are far from done, but if we don’t want our Constitution anymore maybe some other country that would be willing to fight for it, deserves it. I cannot believe what I am seeing in the returns tonight.
Saw a great political cartoon in the Opinion Section of a local newspaper today. It shows a news Broadcaster in front of a Decision 2008 background with an American Flag over it. The newscaster (Talking Head) states,
“The campaign took a surprising turn today when China, The New Majority Owner of the United States, announced that it will appoint a President in November.”

Go Ron Paul, we are with you through the road ahead! We won’t know what we have until it is gone.
God Bless America
Until the end

Ron Paul is one of the finest politician and one of the best human beings I have ever met, but my love is for human liberty. Paul's 4% national showing on super Tuesday means a lot to me: guilt-free purchase of Chinese products, getting my savings out of dollar-denominated securities, and a genuine effort to find a free country to call home.

I would love to see a debate betwen McCain, Hukabee, and Ron Paul.
Paul would send the other two back to schoo, and without Romney grandstanding the American people would have a chance to listen to him.

I'm sorry to tell you (not really sorry) that hucksterbee is set to drop out very soon, after last quarter he only had 600,000 dollars on hand when compared to the other candidates who had millions on hand (including ron paul who had the most 5+ million cash in hand). Even if hucksterbee wanted to keep going he wouldnt have the money and would have to rely on free coverage and handouts. *playing the world's smallest violin for hucksterbee*. If Ron Paul had zero chance like Fox said he had a year ago, why is it that he is one of the three (out of 11) soon to be one of the two left after hucksterbee drops out? It is because you are being fed bs through the media, it is because more people contributed to his campaign than any other. You'll see that he actually has a great chance, and is looking more likely he will be the nominee.

Mr "Huckaboom" is nothing but a cheap copycat of many Ron Paul ideas. His history proofs it. He will - like all politicians - say what he thinks the people want to hear but when the day of doing comes he will just do what is needed for his political survival: Follow the instructions of those that put him there (and that is NOT the voters that I am talking about).
It is so transparent to see through this little egg thief but apparently many Americans are proving once again that they are far too stupid to even recognize that they are have wool pulled over their eyes once again.
Just a pity the rest of us on this planet must suffer the consequences of this dumb-ass mentality.
This time your lives are NOT going to continue as usual after exercising your idiotic choices. You will PAY for the first time for your blindness..

Seriously people ask youself why you are voting for McCain???
* Has said he wants to be in Iraq for 100 years.
* Has sung bomb bomb bomb Iran as a joke.
* It has been floated that he will try a draft for
18-42 old men AND women.
* This is to support his holy crusade against the muslims in the middle east.
* This guy is big Bush supporter, in fact he is worse than Bush.
Give you head shake people, knock out the cobwebs and fricken wake up!

I want to apologize for hurting all you "Ron-Paul-lics" feelings tonight. I promise to read up on him, but so far everything I have READ and QUOTED HERE from Wikipedia makes me think otherwise.
I am an independent, and have not decided yet who I will vote for, but so far it will NOT be Ron Paul.
Have a very Merry Christmas, and stop taking yourselves so seriously.......
good night {(}-:]

Johnny B: Stop being NOT serious enough about Ron Paul and your country's situation. I don't think you and most of your fellow countrymen have ANY idea what enormous shit is about to descend upon you.
Maybe it is good for Ron Paul that he is not elected because he would just be used as a scapegoat for all the trouble that lies ahead for you and your nation.
Maybe you Americans SHOULD pay the price for your past and present stupidities.
I am starting to think you don't deserve a hero like Paul so save you from yourselves - You are all going to DROWN in your own shit over the next few years - just a pity that the rest of us will have to share the pain..

And THEN tell me you prefer someone other than Ron Paul.

The media is trying to convince voters who still have the opportunity to vote in primaries that it is mathematically impossible for Mike Huckabee to become the Republican nominee for President. If their presidential choice is Mike Huckabee and they vote based on this, they are in a way being disenfranchised. What has not been stated is that as long as it is mathematically possible for John McCain to fall short of the 1191 delegates he must win before convention, it is mathematically possible for Mike Huckabee to win the nomination at the convention in September. This fact has been more than downplayed, it has been swept under the rug.
In a sense, however, it may be true that it is mathematically impossible for Huckabee to win. If those voters who are leaning toward placing a vote for Huckabee choose McCain because they believe it is impossible for Huckabee to win, then the media has made it virtually impossible for a Huckabee victory. If other counties/states across the country imitate what happened in Pierce County in Washington state where voters at a caucus “were shut out of the process by the precinct committee officer who totally ignored the caucus procedures and swiftly and secretively pushed through his slate of four McCain delegates without discussion…”, then Huckabee will most certainly lose. (The above quote was submitted by Brian Davis on Feb. 10 to the Tacoma News Tribune.)
In the general election we may decide to place our vote based on who we are against, taking into account that our personal choice for president is not on the ballot and cannot win. However, at this point I would plead with voters to make their choice based on their values and on the issues. Vote for someone you believe will be a good leader.
Why do I feel that choice should be Mike Huckabee?
• He will uphold the US constitution and the rights championed by our founding fathers.
• He will fight for the rights of every human being in the US, including unborn infants.
• He believes that marriage is to be defined as a union between one man and one woman.
• He wants to fight the war on terror somewhere else than on American soil.
• He will make our borders safe by supporting the erection of a border fence.
• He will not allow those within our border, whether citizens or not, to ignore the law.
• He will promote a tax system which is equitable to all segments of our society.
• He demonstrates a genuine compassion for all Americans.
• His ten years as governor of Arkansas have shown him to be a capable leader.

So many Ron Paul supporters yet he is at the bottom.....huh......makes ya wonder....

Facing reality is difficult for many people. The "Religious Right" persist in pushing Huckabee. I understand. But why waste your vote when it is so obvious he is not wanted by a majority? (Majority Rules)And is drawing few supporter's? The same goes for Ron Paul. He is a dedicated "Independant" But when did anyone see an Independant win an election? If the powers that be,(The meduia and public) were pushing either, as they are now pushing McCain, I would choose one for one my vote, but they are not. So. Rather than see McCain, A Bush clone, (Elected). I will support either Obama or Clinton. Since Clinton published a complete list of her agenda (Hillary Rodham Clinton. On the Agenda,[see] Washington Post) It is at least possible to demand she stick by here commitments and act accordingly, or lose her political base with the public. Not one, of the other candidates has been so explicit in outlining their agenda. So. She is my candidate ( if she wins the majority). I call this conclusion , my useing my common sense in a situation where my preferance is not possible. I never let the Media influence my vote, but there is reality that says when one candidate is positively loseing, why ignore the inevitable and lose with them? Second choise is better than none, is my motto.
