Can you imagine Hillary as Commander and Chief of the Armed Forces of the United States when she doesn't even know when she is being shot at?
Can you imagine a man who claims to be African American with a white, no caucasion less we offend someone, mother and white grandparents who spends 20 years admiring someone who "God damn America" while building a multi million dollar mansion in a white, no caucasion, wealthy neighborhood?
hua medic10:51AMApr 18th 2008
man, women, black or white it doesnt matter what matters is who will do the best job. Whos gonna get our troops out, whos gonna save american jobs, revive the economy, help the middle and lower classes, not covet the upper class, who's gonna lower gas prices and raise morale.
wheeljc11:01AMApr 18th 2008
WOmen of integrity could be president -- but, that rules out Hillary!
happy12311:15AMApr 18th 2008
Hillary is a fighter like it or not she will do the best for all the people not just the blacks. Obamma has done nothing for the white people look at what he has done its all for the blacks he says he is for bring us all together but look at his past he only started to say bring everyone together now that he is running for pres, i want a person for all the people. amercia is ready for a black pres but not one that has only now whats to help us all. check his record of what he has done before you jump all over me.

America might be ready to elect an African-American, but not this one.
Arco Iris11:35AMApr 18th 2008
Yes,America is ready to elect Hillary Clinton for president.
Arriba Hillary!
Gender or race does not matter, what matters is experience, the canditate's platform, and to know the candidate. We really know Hillary.
With Obama, as far as the media has been concerned, not to know him has been to love him.
In addition, I would rather have Bill Clinton as first gentleman that Michelle Obama as first lady
with her pompous attitudes of determining what
constitutes her pride vis-a-vis the United States.
Bring back the times of Peace & Prosperity.
Vote Clinton.

I don't think race or sex matters either. But, I think that this woman and this African American are just ridiculous and will not become president. Put Condi Rice in there, I think we have a winner.
thomasecw11:39AMApr 18th 2008
Woman? Yes! Minority race? Absolutely! Minority religion? Maybe! Socialist (like Clinton and Obama)? Hell no!
kim12:03PMApr 18th 2008
I do not think the USA would survive with either of these canidates as president, between them they reportedly raised over 70 million dollars for campaining(slandering) each other. they are only feeding off of each others mishaps. At least John McCain has stuck to what is really important, our right to own guns, the soaring gas prices, and the economy.

A woman---YES. A black man---NO.
beige4life12:07PMApr 18th 2008
This country is not ready, as it should not be. We need a white male to run this country to succeed!
JOHN POTTERF12:14PMApr 18th 2008
WE ARE NOT READY TO ELECT OBAMA UNTIL HE CLARIFIES HIS RELATIONSHIP WITH AYERS,REVERAND WRIGHT AND THOSE WITH A HATE ATTITUDE AGAINST THE UNITED STATES. NOW HE IS COMPLAINING THAT HE WASN'T TREATED FAIRLY IN THE LAST DEBATE BECAUSE HE WAS QUESTIONED ABOUT HIS ASSOCIATION WITH THESE HATE MONGERS. THE AMERICAN PEOPLE HAVE THE RIGHT TO KNOW AS THEY WOULD BE HIS EMPLOYERS.OBAMA, IT'S THE TRUTH THAT HURTS

Believe that it is much easier for a man, any man of any color, to be elected to President or succeed at the top of any business or government organization, than it is for a woman, of any color. For example, who is running for President, Michelle or Barack, and who is ahead in the delegate count, Barack or Hillary?

I am so thankful to be living in the USA where a woman is treated somewhat better than in other countries.I am thankful for all my rights as a woman that I have as I see how so many countries mistreat women. GOD BLESS AMERICA AND MY FELLOW COUNTRY MEN (AND WOMEN)!!

Haven't we been asked this question several times lately in various shapes and forms? Did all the idiots who normally post the Hot Seat Poll questions take the day off? They actually had to ask a question that wasn't slanted towards Obama. Well, I'm sure they'll all come back next week and we can get back to business as usual.

wheeljc,
Assuming you are an Obama supporter, the following response is submitted:
Hillary has more integrity than Obama, who gets away with everything. You would jump in a lake blindly, if he told you to, never questioning/researching him about anything he's said or done. If you did, you would probably have to eat crow.

happy123,
I agree with you. Hillary is the best candidate from the democratic party. Obama is not who he claims to be, but his supporters are too caught up with his image that they cannot see what is really going on with him. There are so many other black men or women more qualified who truly love this country.

I do believe that experience is essential....he has NONE....during the debate when he finally got treated like other candidates and had some real questions...he got unnerved...couldn't even think at times....his inexperience does show...he is not ready

What kind of country are we if we elect a man who turns his back on the American Flag? What is this world coming to? Oh yea, for the comment about woman with integrity? Making remarks about Hillary? She has what it takes to be President. Integrity means having a consistent framework of principles, and being able to take them to the next level. Who ever made that comment about Hillary, can you... ask yourself that? Hillary does what she set's out to do. Has experience in the White House, as well as being the president's wife getting up in the middle of the night handling what ever comes next. She stood by her husband when it got bad. I think the world has gotten bad enough & she'll stand by us as well. All Obmama want's is attention... Well, he has gotten it! He needs to step aside now. I think America needs to give her a chance of proving herself worthy to the rest of the world. Look @ our past president's? What could it hurt. GO HILLARY!!!!!!!!

Women can be leaders, and very good ones at that.
