Rove is Right on Obama
That super-spooky, evil-genius, Lord-of-the-Sith GOP-mastermind Karl Rove, so despised and feared on the left, has again offered his unsolicited insights on the present condition of the Democratic primary. And, once again, Rove makes clear why the left so hates and loathes him - he is dead on in his analysis.
Rove begins... well, where Rove begins: Voter demographics. Despite outspending Clinton 3-1 and enjoying a 4%-5% lead in the days just prior to the election, Obama lost by 10% and failed to seal-the-deal with critical white, suburban votes.
The looming potential for disaster should have Democrats wringing their hands in fret. " Mr. Obama is near victory in the Democratic contest," Rove notes. However, Obama's"conduct in the last several weeks raises questions about whether, for all his talents, he is ready to be president."
Rove's perceptions on Obama's descent are enlightening.
And what of the reborn Adlai Stevenson? Mr. Obama is befuddled and angry about the national reaction to what are clearly accepted, even commonplace truths in San Francisco and Hyde Park. . . . Mr. Obama has a weakness among blue-collar working class voters for a reason.
His inspiring rhetoric is a potent tool for energizing college students and previously uninvolved African-American voters. But his appeals are based on two aspirational pledges he is increasingly less credible in making.
Mr. Obama's call for postpartisanship looks unconvincing, when he is unable to point to a single important instance in his Senate career when he demonstrated bipartisanship. And his repeated calls to remember Dr. Martin Luther King's "fierce urgency of now" in tackling big issues falls flat as voters discover that he has not provided leadership on any major legislative battle.
Naturally, there must be an inquiry into the motivation of such a contribution to the intellectual debate surrounding the Democratic contest from the dark overlord of the vast-right-wing-conspiracy. If Rove has an ulterior motive, it may be simply to articulate, via obvious perceptions and clear reasoning, the newly emergent truths: "The Democratic Party has two weakened candidates," and Obama may not be "ready for prime-time."

One has to wonder how much will be enough with Obama's supporters? It's not like these things are not a matter of public record, because they are. There is much more that the MSM has not reported. It's easy to label people not in favor of Obama racist, or biased or wacky or....
Maybe we are truth seekers, who love America and don't want this unidentified change Obama crows over and over. What is it? Does anyone know? Can we believe him if he tells us?
The change his none Muslim cousin Raila Ordinaga ran for office on was to overturn the Kenya Constitution and change that country to Muslim. Even though only 10% of the population was Muslim.
We have every right to know who and what the candidates are and stand for, without being attacked. He has become know as a liar, what foreign country watching this election would ever believe a thing he says?
"Questions have been raised about Obama-sponsored legislation during the last year he was in office there. It is alleged that, in the interest of making Obama appear more prolific, then Illinois Senate Majority Leader Emil Jones appointed Obama as sponsor of many pieces of legislation, even though other senior senators had spent many years working on the bills.
“I took all the beatings and insults and endured all the racist comments over the years from nasty Republican committee chairmen,” State Senator Rickey Hendon, the original sponsor of landmark racial profiling and videotaped confession legislation yanked away by Jones and given to Obama, complained to me at the time. “Barack didn’t have to endure any of it, yet, in the end, he got all the credit.”
“I don’t consider it bill jacking,” Hendon told me. “But no one wants to carry the ball 99 yards all the way to the one-yard line, and then give it to the halfback who gets all the credit and the stats in the record book.”
As a result, Todd Spivak of the Houston Press noted, “During his seventh and final year in the state Senate, Obama’s stats soared. He sponsored a whopping 26 bills passed into law — including many he now cites in his presidential campaign when attacked as inexperienced.”

CLEAR LEAD2:00PMApr 24th 2008
SAY WHAT YOU WANT, ONLY THING THAT COUNTS IS THAT BARACK OBAMA HAS A CLEAR LEAD.
A clear lead among pledged delegates, states, popular vote and another 158 delegates off the table after Pennsylvania.

PETE: "Likewise, polls continue to show the democratic candidates running even with the republican candidate. In fact, I'd go as far to say that these constant poll results are evidence of your shoddy analysis, Justin. If the un-electability of the two democratic candidates is a newly emergent truth, why isn't this truth emerging in poll numbers?"
They are trying to run even with McCain now - before they had double digit leads against him. He has knocked off Hillary and pulled even with Obama. Reading the posts from the Obama kool-aid stand, whe he closed the gap in PA from 20 points to a ten point loss, he actually "won". So I guess that means McCain has "won".

This election is a moral test of the nation. Its been said people get the government they deserve. The past eight years have been the result of stupid choices, and a host of weaknesses such as the electorate being controlled by fear, and an unwillingness to really think.
Hillary is a monster who will do, or say anything at all to be elected. Watch her eyes as she lies to you, and her false smirky expression. She is a sell out to the rich and powerful,a Lieberman, and she doesn't care a whit about the fate of the party, or the American people.
Obama is basically a good man who has never wavered from a life of service to humanity. He is the leader who is offered up when a people are in grave danger. The super rich are terrified of him because he can't be bought, and he will end their rape, and slow destruction of our country. The negative spin you constantly read about in the paper, and see on T.V. is orderd by these right wing owners. They own John McCain, and Hillary Clinton. Hillary can't win the nomination, but has been told to stop Obama at all costs.

Karl Rove, I might remind all, is the mastermind that gave us 8 years of the worst president in history. His words don't matter much to me. What DOES matter is people realizing that Obama is NOT ready for prime-time. This country will have huge rebuilding to do with the exit of Shrub, and we need Hillary, who has the knowledge, the support, and the intelligence to fix these enromous problems with the economy, irag, unemployment, gas prices...I could go on and on. Please fellow Democrats, vote HILLARY!

It is very important to remember that the vast majority of the democrats' initial lead over McCain came from a lack of unified support for his candidacy. Over the past couple of months, McCain has enjoyed a reunification of support behind him; former Romney, Huckabee, and Thompson supporters have steadily lined up behind McCain. This reunification even flies in the face of the vastly different positions and bases of each of the republican candidates. It would make sense if a similar unification happened under the democratic ticket, but the democratic nominee will not have the months and months McCain had to garner support.

Isn't funny now that Obama lost Pa. that, claim that it's plot against "Odumbo" and the "Odumbo supporter" haven't tried to throw everything thing at Hillary
Oh and BTW in case you haven't read it yet "Odumbo" screwed a black women over to get elected in the senate....gee thats sound familiar w the Mi/Fla votes...doesn't it

Why do these idiots think Hillary determines who is ready to be President, or who is vetted, or passes the Commander in Chief test? If she had all this going for her, then it is safe to say she just got these credentials, since GWB has won the last 2 elections. If she has all this criteria, why hasn't she been President before now? We have hundreds of qualified politicians in and outside WAshington that could be our President. They just choose not to run. That doesn't mean Hillary fits the bill because she says so. If she was the person voters wanted more than anyone, this contest would not still be going on. Hillary doesn't want to play fair, she just wants to be certain Bill pays her back for publically humiliating her and in turn she rides in on his coattails, which aren't worth much anymore. Hillary made the assumption voters loved her as they did Bill. She was wrong. Voters love for Bill has diminished, and Hillary came into the race with high negatives. The only people voting for her are racists, and people who have allowed Hilalry's making a big deal out of little things get to their pea brains. She has told lie after lie, yet her supporters stand strong with her. Good for them. But, Obama supporters are just as strong despite, Hillary's dirty tricks and smears. She has proven she is being helped by Karl Rove, and if you want the same Bush policies, vote for Hillary or McCain. If you want change and hope..vote for Obama

I can sum my thoughts on Obama up in three words. "He SCARES me !"
Celia2:27PMApr 24th 2008
You so called truthseekers are as laughable as Hillary. So there is all this dirt out there on Obama, and the media has not told us about it? Hmmmmm, could it be because there is nothing to tell? I'm sure the National Enquirer will be happy to print your stories..they don't check for proof of the story. Tell you what..start a website, register it legally in your name, post your address and telephone number, and then post all the facts you calim we don't know about Obama. If they are lies, and he proves it, he sues you for that double wide you live in and for the welfare you get each month. Put your money where your mouth is..post the real deal on Obama and be honest about your name and lets see what happens. I dare you to do it.

A London Times article - where is OUR press on this one??
That intensifying scrutiny may soon lead to Emil Jones’s Illinois door, and to further uncomfortable insights into the unflattering political realities that accompanied Obama’s climb from obscurity.
At one point during Obama’s 2003 Senate campaign, Jones set out to woo two African-American politicians miffed by Obama’s presumption and ambition. One of them, Rickey “Hollywood” Hendon, a state senator, had scoffed that Obama was so ambitious he would run for “king of the world” if the position were vacant.
When Jones secured the two men’s support, Obama asked his mentor how he had pulled it off. “I made them an offer,” Jones said in mock-mafioso style. “And you don’t want to know.”
Jones is now at the centre of a long row over his attempt to block proposed laws cracking down on his state’s “pay-to-play” tradition – whereby companies hoping to win government contracts have to contribute to the campaign funds of officials.
Jones’s staff say he blocked the bill because he intends to produce something tougher. No proposals have appeared.

Martin2:39PMApr 24th 2008
I feel Obama's advantage is being new to the Washington games. Obama hasn't had "The Hope" boiled out of him yet. He isn't one that has already conformed to the "That's the way it's always been" type of politics. Barack wants to work from the Bottom Up instead of the Top Down. I feel he will be more of a President "For The People" "By The People" than we've seen in years!!
There are certain pitfalls to being experienced and part of the establishment too long, "You lose the fresh eyes and ideas". Thinking outside the box, and accepting change doesn't come easy when you've been in the same cycle of complacency.
Obama Moves People he Motivates People, Inspires America, and enlightens the masses.
It would be refreshing to see the President of the USA operate in a new manner.

Rove was the Mastermind behind the past 8 years of Bush II and the GW Bush Governorship in Texas. It was ROVE who ran Texas and the United States of America until recently stepping down. It is HE who has orchestrated the last two elections and the Democratic losses. Unfortunately for the American voters of Michigan and Florida, the Rove tactics are now in the hands of the Obama camp with their disenfranchisement of American votes; their REFUSAL to re-vote in Florida and Michigan and their refusal to have the voters' voices heard. I say to Mr Rove..you have taught some people quite well to the expense of many Americans!!
jam2:42PMApr 24th 2008
As president Bill Clinton invited many people to the white housr. Your argument has no merit. He or Hillary have not continuing relationships with these questionable people. Obama has more than an invitation to a party with these men.
Crystal2:43PMApr 24th 2008
Obama's Lies:
I didn't Run Ads In Florida - Sure you did!! You allowed national ads to run 8-12 times per day for two weeks - and you still lost.
I Won Michigan - Not in this lifetime you didn't.
I won Nevada - Ditto to the above
I Want All Votes To Count - BS, you said let the delegates decide.
I Want Americans To Decide - More BS, you prefer caucuses that limit the vote, confuse the voters, force a public vote, and only operate during small windows of time.
I don't Have Lobbyists - BS, you have over 47 lobbyists, and counting.
I Inspire People With My Words - Yeah right!! You, inspire people with OTHER people’s words.
Michelle didn't mean what she said about Pride in our Country - Oh paaleese!! Her words follow lock-step in the vein of Wright and Farrakhan, in relation to their contempt and hatred of America.
Wal Mart Is A Company I Wouldn't Support - BS, your wife has received nearly a quarter of a million dollars through Treehouse, which is connected to Wal-Mart.
But, Treehouse Is A Small Company - NO it's NOT. The CEO of Treehouse last year, made more than the CEO of Wal-Mart, according to public records.
My Church Is Like Any Other Christian Church - You have GOT to be kidding!!!
I never heard sermons like Rev. Wright's that have been in videos all day, You Tube - Like hell you didn't!! 3 days later during your Mea Culpa BS speech you said, 'Did I hear controversial statements while I sat in that church? Yes, yes I did!"
Michelle really didn't mean America is ignorant, she was just using a phrase - Again, Michelle's comments perfectly sync with Wright's, Meek's, and Farrakhan's, both in language, anger, and direction.
My Economics Bill Will Help America - BS, your 111 economic policies were just combined into a proposal which lost 99-0, and even YOU voted against your own bill.
Because I Lived In Indonesia, I Have More Foreign Experience - You were there from the ages of 6 to 10, and couldn't even speak the language. What did you learn, how to watch cartoons?
I Am Stronger On Foreign Affairs - No, except for Africa (surprise) and the Middle East (bigger surprise), you have never been anywhere else on the planet and thus have NO experience with our closest allies.
I Blame My Early Drug Use On Ethnic Confusion - BS, you were quite content in high school to be Barry Obama, no mention of Kenya and no mention of struggle to identify - your classmates said you were just fine.
I will not Run On A National Ticket In 2008 - Well, HERE YOU ARE, despite saying, live on TV, that you would not have enough experience by then, and you are all about having experience first.
Present Votes Are Common In Illinois - They are common for YOU, but not many others have 130 NO VOTES.
I Was A Professor Of Law - You were a senior lecturer ON LEAVE.
I Was A Constitutional Lawyer - You were a senior lecturer ON LEAVE.
My School In Indonesia Was Christian - No it wasn't. YOU, were registered as Muslim there and got in trouble in Koranic Studies for making faces (check your own book).
Selma Got Me Born - Wrong again, your parents felt safe enough to have you in 1961 - Selma had no effect on your birth, as Selma was in 1965.
Without Me, There Would Be No Ethics Bill - You didn't write it,introduce it, change it, or create it.
The Ethics Bill Was Hard To Pass - No it wasn't. It took just 14 days from start to finish.
I Barely Know Rezko - Only 5 Billed Hours - BS, you have known him for 17 years, and decided to do a real estate deal with him during a time when he was proven to be under investigation. Despite this, you divided your property and had them take off $300 K before the mortgage problems started. Then Rezko’s wife buys the lot beside it that you can't afford, saving you $625,000.
I Believe In Fairness, Not Tactics - That's funny since you used tactics to eliminate Alice Palmer from running against you.
I Have Passed Bills In The U.S. Senate - LIAR, you have passed ONE Bill in the U.S. Senate - for Africa, which shows YOUR priorities.

what rove wants is no hillary. he wants her to get the nomination so he can pump his stump watching mccain whip her ass. he hates the clintons and visa versa.
