Hillary Joins the Vast Right Wing Conspiracy
Apr 29th 2008 2:11PM
Filed Under:eHillary Clinton, Democrats, Republicans, Barack Obama, Breaking News
OK, going on FOX News Sunday is one thing. But Hillary Clinton appearing on the O'Reilly Factor tomorrow night? No doubt they'll be comparing notes on the Jeremiah Wright debacle.Of course, this is not the first time that Hillary's campaign has cuddled up to the people she once lumped together under the legendary moniker the "vast right wing conspiracy." Her husband did a cameo on Rush Limbaugh's program right before the Texas primary. Her advisers have been feeding Matt Drudge a steady stream of scoops, and Hillary herself courted and obtained the endorsement of another former inquisitor, Richard Mellon Scaife.
It all reads rather like a Faustian bargain, no? In her bid to topple Barack Obama, Hillary has decided to join forces with the VRWC. If she gets the nomination, no doubt she'll get back to bashing them like the Clinton of old.

SO NOW CAMP-OBAMA CLAIMS HE IS THE VICTIM of a Clinton Conspiracy. lolol
THEN OBAMA WAS ON TV THIS MORNING REV. WRIGHT and claims he was never his spiritual advisor. WHAT??? In Obama's book "Audacity of Hope" Obama states Rev. Wirght brought him to God and he quotes him in passages throughout.
It's clear Obama will say ANTHING to get elected... Rezko, Rezko's wife, Plagiarism, NAFTA lies and hypocrisy, Questionnaire-Gate, Bitter-Gate, Oil donation deceipt, Michelle Obama, slandering Bill Clinton with racism lies, Rev. Wright, Farrakhan, his American terrorist buddy Ayers, and on and on and on.
Obama should get his lies in order before going on national TV conflicting his own words. He clearly cannot be believed any longer and he just keeps digging and digging.

I think stepping in the lions den is admirable. How better to know your enemies.

I think it's smart. She's running for democratic nomination to be President, which means that she hopes to represent ALL Americans, and that includes Republicans.
Interesting, apparently she's the one who can truly reach across party lines, and not radical Obama.

jpgoodrow, I know, now Obama is saying that he was just his pastor. What happened to how he was like family? His UNCLE? So many different answers about everything from Obama.
This whole thing is so weird! I wonder if it was a media stunt so that Obama could pretend like there is a rift even though they are still fine. WHO KNOWS.
So much DRAMA. blegh

ALBUQUERQUE - Sen. Jeff Bingaman endorsed Barack Obama for president Monday, joining Gov. Bill Richardson to put another of New Mexico's Democratic superdelegates in camp with the Illinois senator.
"I am announcing my support for Barack Obama for president and declaring my intention to vote for him at the Democratic convention," Bingaman said in a statement issued by Obama's campaign.
Bingaman, D-N.M., said he believes Obama is a better choice than New York Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton on issues such as the Iraq war, health care and improving energy independence.
Bingaman, re-elected to a fifth senate term in 2006, said the United States needs a leader who can rise above partisanship and find common ground. He said it is imperative to "move the country in a dramatically new direction."
"I strongly believe Barack Obama is best positioned to lead the nation in that new direction," he said.

David, Didn't I just see Obama on Fox last Sunday?
Hillary is not afraid of O'Reilly.
It didn't take her over a year to show the courage to appear on Fox!

Go Go Hillary!!
Oh wow...Obama's gonna give another speech on Wright.
Hillary will be our next President, we are proud of you!!

Katherine - you are overlooking one simple fact - Republicans hate Hillary Clinton with a passion and her husband. She may very well want to mend fences, but rest assured they do not. I think they want Hillary to be the nominee more because they believe she will energize the GOP base in a way that - let's face it - McCain never will.

Trinity United Church of Christ
Obama mentioned his church during his appearance with Oprah. It's the 'Trinity United Church of Christ'.
It is very alarming. Barack Obama is a member of this church and is running for President of the U.S. If you look at the first page of their Web site, you will learn that this congregation has a non-negotiable commitment to Africa. No where is America even mentioned. Notice too, what color you will need to be if you should want to join Obama's church? Does this surprise anyone?
Doesn't look like his choice of religion has improved much over his Muslim upbringing. This guy wants to rule America while his loyalty is totally vested in a black Africa !
I cannot believe this has not been all over the TV and newspapers. This is why it is so important to pass this message along to all our family and friends. To think that Obama has even the slightest chance in the run for the presidency is really scary.

To all unpledged superdelegates, I am writing to you because there have been many blogs on AOL that state that when the North Carolina primary race is over, Senator Edwards is going to announce his support of Barack Obama. I am asking you all to please consider supporting Senator Clinton for President.
I believe the news media has purposely mislead voters and withheld information about Senator Obama that was important information for the american people to know. I further believe that had this information been known previous to the 1st primaries, Sen. Obama would not be leading in this race. I believe it's important to elect a candidate that has a deep concern for the american people, that cares about all americans and I believe Hillary Clinton is that candidate.
I do not believe Barack Obama will be elected President even if he does obtain the democratic nominee. I don't hold Sen. Obama responsible for Jeremiah Wright's words, or Rezko's actions or William Ayres terrorist acts, but I do hold him, and only him, responsible for his choices to associate with those people. 20 years with Jeremiah Wright and his lie to the american people about Jeremiah Wright, his relationship with Tony Rezko and his lie about the amount of money Rezko contributed to him and, in my opinion, the worse one of all is his excuse for his relationship with Willaim Ayres. True, he was 8 when Ayres was setting off his bombs on american soil where americans died because of those bombs, but Obama was an adult when he made the choice to maintain a friendly relationship with this man. Ayres stated just recently that he couldn't rule out setting more bombs, add that to his statements in 2001. I believe Sen. Obama knew what Ayres was about, what his actions had been and what his attitude was toward america and americans when he consciously formed his relationship with him, a relationship which Obama's own campaign characterized as "friendly". Obama's minister/spiritual advisor, who Obama tried to hide from the public by disinviting him to his announcemebt, but instead prayed with him in his basement prior to his announcement, is doing so much damage to the race relations in this country, his hatred of white people and his black theology teachings are frightening to many and who knows the extent of damage this man is doing. I know many black people are supporting Sen. Obama but I also know there are many black people that are just as appalled as I am when they hear Wright's rantings and it is obvious that his deep rooted hatred did not just happen. To my knowledge, Senator Obama was quiet in response to those hateful words, he sat in silence and led others to believe he agreed with those statements. Silence gives consent in most peoples minds even though by law, it is not to be construed that way. Further, by law, you are known by the company you keep, isn't the driver of the getaway car just as guilty as the robber that went into the store. Poor example but I believe you understand my analogy.
I know there is much pressure on the remaining superdelegates but I don't see how there can even be any question as to who should receive the support. How much of the information the american public is now learning was known among the superdelegates and senators early on in this campaign? I believe to pledge your support to Barack Obama is saying that you believe in his judgment, in his choices, and I just don't see how anyone can just look the other way when it comes to the most important job in this land. This situation is exactly what the superdelegate plan was designed for. Obama began as a viable candidate but because so much has been learned about him, and all of it very negative, there is little to no chance that he will be able to win in November. I know that I could never vote for a person for President who has made the judgment calls and the choices Obama has, I feel like that would be approving of his actions and his choices and I most certainly don't.
Everyone has the right to associate with whom they choose, it's just when they choose to associate with america haters, criminals and terrorist and those choices were made when he was an adult, I don't think he should expect to be able to serve as the leader of the free world. Please consider the number of people who are supporting Hillary Clinton. Please consider the fact that many votes had already been cast for Barack Obama prior to critical information concerning Obama's judgment and character were known to those casting those votes. Who knows where any of the previous candidates would be right now if that information had been disclosed earlier, I truly believe that, had it been known then, Barack Obama would not be in this race for the white house.
I am pleading with you to not turn this country over to the radicals that are a part of Obama's life. A vote for Barack Obama is a vote for approval of him, his choices and his character which, in this case, approval would be the wrong messaage to send to our young people and to the rest of the world. If the main idea is to win the White House back, then there is only one candidate left that has any chance of doing that and that candidate is Hillary Clinton.
Super-delegates, do you, for even one moment, believe that if this situation were reversed, everything now credited to Obama was instead credited to Sen. Clinton, that she would even be allowed to still be in this race? We all know she would have been ran out of town a long time ago, by blacks and whites. Discrimination is discrimination whether it is against black people or white people. Senator Obama has a comfort level with people of questionable character, a comfort level that is being and should be questioned. There are racist in this run for the White House, they're not necessarily all white either.
One other thing I would ask is that you please take the time to read Senator Obama's 2 books before making your decision as to who to support if you haven't already. Barack Obama appears to be very nice, he presents himself well, is a good looking man and can make a speech, but, superior oratory skills does not a president make, nor does it mean that you are able to lead a nation. We know how inexperience can be incredibly harmful just because of that last 8 years of the Bush administration.
I don't know if any of you will have the opportunity to read this. Further, I hope with all my heart that you will do the right thing for our country. Please support a winner so that america and the american people will be the winners, support Hillary Clinton.

Peggy4:05PMApr 29th 2008
At least Hillary isn't afraid to go on national television and answer questions without a script, prepared speech and teleprompter. Obama either doesn't have any plans for the hopeful future he proposes or can't remember them when he is asked a question. It takes guts to face hostile questions and that is what we need in a president. I applaud her courage.

The New national gallup poll has Clinton beating Obama and McCain. It has McCain beating Obama.
NO ONE WANTS WRIGHT OR FARRAKAN WITH AN ALLY IN THE WHITE HOUSE PERIOD!!!!
Chicago preacher stood by the fiery sermons that have dogged Obama's Democratic presidential campaign since they gained public attention in March.
"You cannot do terrorism on other people and not expect it to come back to you," Wright said at the National Press Club when asked about a speech in which he asserted the September 11 attacks were retaliation for U.S. foreign policy.
Asked about another sermon in which he suggested the U.S. government created the AIDS virus to kill black people, Wright also did not retreat.
"Based on what has happened to Africans in this country, I believe our government is capable of doing anything," he said.
Senator Obama joined Wright's Trinity United Church of Christ 20 years ago.
OBAMA LIED REV. WRIGHT WAS AT HIS ANNOUNCEMENT HE WAS RUNNING FOR PRESIDENT. WHY DID HE LIE??????
Obama has distanced himself from Wright's remarks and denounced some of his views, which many voters have interpreted as anti-American.
"Those citizens who say that have never heard my sermons," Wright said. "I served six years in the military. Does that make me patriotic? How many years did Cheney serve?"
Vice President Dick Cheney, an architect of the Iraq war, received student deferments that kept him out of military service during the Vietnam War.
Asked about a remark -- "God Bless America? No, God damn America" -- that has been widely circulated online, Wright said he had been quoting an Iraqi official.
"God damns some practices, and there is no excuse for some of the things the government, not the American people, have done. That doesn't make me not like America, or unpatriotic," he said.
Wright, 66, said the news coverage of his sermons showed a fundamental misunderstanding of the black religious tradition in America, which evolved over hundreds of years of slavery and repression.
"This is an attack on the black church," he said. "If you think I'm going to let you talk about my momma and her religious tradition, and my daddy and his religious tradition, you've got another think coming."
He said his church has a long history of political activism but also feeds, houses and educates thousands of needy people each year.
