Senator Obama has proven to be just another politician. It's an attempt by the Democratic Party to re-brand itself rather than affect some kind of true change. If you doubt it, look at the politicians who have lined up to support him.
Senator Obama is the "New Coke" of the Democratic Party. Sorry, Senator, but I have to go with "Classic Coke"...Senator Clinton. I think that she's paid her dues and that you've got a ways to go.

We need a great leader..
Get out and vote...

If Sen Obama wins the nomination, I will vote Republican for the 1st time in my life. All I've heard is Change! Well, what are you going to change, how do you propose to do it, how will you pay for it, and don't forget that pesky Congress you'll have to deal with. I see no foreign policy experience and very little domestic experience. Not exactly what the country needs right now. But don't dare question his judgement or ask for specific, concise answers...makes you a racist. Then again, why should I bother...I'm one of those "typical white folks" who was raised in a home with guns, worked and paid taxes since high school, raised a family, etc. etc. Is a conservative Democrat an oxymoron....am I just warped.....

Are you folks aware we as a nation are facing some of the most difficult issues in our history. We need someone strong and decisive..,We need all the experience of Hillary, and anyone else she thinks can help solve some of our major problems.
Mr. Obama is simply not qualified at this time. It is not a racial issue, it is a common sense issue. Who best can get this country back on track again? Someone who would need four years of OJT (on the job training) or someone who has a huge rolodex and knows how to use it, especially at 3:00 a.m.
Vote and support Hillary for the good of the US of A.

Ron Paul is still in and spending money running ads. If anything happens to McCain, Ron Paul will still be standing.
Looks like the Fed will be creating yet another bubble by manipulating interest rates and inflating the currency, causing them to borrow even more from Saudi Arabia and China. It will feel good for awhile but in the long run will make it much worse.
Vote for Ron Paul !!

Robyn, you have obviously not done any research on Barack Obama but have listened to the rumors perpetrated by the fear & smear mongers. Everything you object to about Obama in your post is answered in full detail on Obama's site barackobama.com. He is the only candidate who will get rid of corruction in government, i.e., kick out the lobbyists working for corporations who are actually the ones running this country. Not us, not we the people. Obama intends to restore control of our government to us!

Hmmm...it seems the entire intelligentsia class is above shaving 20 cents off your next gallon of gas. I have yet to find one person against this idea - yet on this morning’s Today Show, Meredith Viera rabidly challenged Hillary Clinton to produce “a single economist” who supported the radical notion of saving working-class Americans a few bucks. MEDIA ARE SO OUT OF TOUCH!!! Check the polls - the people are for Hillary AND her IDEAS!!!

Vote for Senator Hillary Clinton! There is no other viable choice!
Cheryl1:04PMMay 5th 2008
I think it is time for an american uprising. The stimulas package that Bush has so graciously given to the people is not what it seems. You only get $600 if you made almost $75000. If you worked a minniuman hour or even a little more than min wage you will get far less. A single person making 15,999 will get 368, far cry from the promised $600. We need to elect all new government when thier terms come up. And we need to make it that they don't recieve thier full pay and benefits when they leave office.

TURN the PAGE & RESIGN NOW
------------------------------------------------------
Obama is a big risk, has lots & lots of hidden baggage; his polls will crash when Karl Rove's vicious attack machines fully vet him. Protective Media now labels any type of criticism of him as racist. His Affirmative Action candidacy will only shield him until Hillary is out. Under Rove fire, Obama will be TOAST and have zero chance of beating McCain. Gore & Kerry went down with almost no baggage, just lots of Rove's lies & distortions headlined in the Media.
Hillary has stood up to 20 years of gotcha media attacks, investigations & distortions, plus the 24/7 Limbaugh lies & jokes on talk radio. It is very very unfair & wrong for Obama & Media to now blame Hillary for all the wrongs in Washington & for Bush's $5 Trillion war.
ONLY HILLARY CAN BEAT McCAIN, END IRAQ WAR & SAVE ECONOMY
-SO AS TO HELP: END the WAR, REDUCE RACIAL STRIFE, & SAVE AMERICA'S ECONOMY,
OBAMA SHOULD JUST TURN THE PAGE & RESIGN NOW.

Truly telling what great lengths McCain took to conceal the POW/MIA files from the families of Viet Nam Vets hoping to find their missing loved ones. The families had to come up with The Truth Bill to get around McCain, but McCain succeeded in blocking it with The McCain Bill. Imagine what will become of the files if he becomes president.
