McCain was "right on".. It amazes me that people have been "soft" on Obama. We need to wake up, or this country is going to have a president that truly does not love this country. Obama is a slick talker( in times past he would be called a "snake oil salesman").Only recently has he allowed the flag to be set up behind him as he speaks, only recently has he started to say," God bless America",at the end of his speeches....

David you and Louise may as well deal with it. The fat lady has sung and the show is over for Hillary and McCain save the drama OK. Your votes and comments are only one in millions so it really doesnt matter.

"( in times past he would be called a "snake oil salesman")."
Went to town to for a milk shake
and the speech that I could hear
was a truly charming snake
and it sent me into tears.

Who in their right mind would want a President that Hamas endorses? We do not need to have terrorist organizations endorsing a presidential candidate. If they want Obama for Prseidnet, that must mean they think he will be easy on them and allow them to infiltrate our country. Something we can't afford to risk. McCain called it as it was. McCain for President!

Bye bye Obama, the repubs will have you for breakfast, lunch and dinner. GOOD!

WOW! McCain is a patriot and hero, he fought for our rights and now he says that if we do not think like he thinks we are going (911 here) "let the terrorist win". I liked the guy until he started to remind me of the week willed Bush the first. Say anything to become president after losing the nomination eight years ealier.

McCain is a right-on dude who will keep this country safe from terrorists and their ilk. Obama and his supporters would sell this country out in a heartbeat.

I would say McCain was right on target.
I responded to the latest DNC fund-raising email with words not money, as follows and I encourage you to do the same.
Leave it to the people of the Democratic party to select a radical, racist, hate-filled, pandering,, corrupt, unpatriotic, terrorist-loving, smooth-talking snake oil salesman to the highest office in the land.
This country is in big trouble and we don't need a rookie President in training wheels. Where is the DLC when you need them?
Thankfully he will go down big-time in the general election where the black and the ultra liberal vote is a very small percentage and the DNC can hang their heads in shame once again.
I fear for this country and if Hillary is not the nominee. as a moderate Democrat, my support will go to McCain as the lesser of two evils.
My vote against Obama is not because of the color of his skin but the color of his heart.
PS: Howard Dean can I have a refund of all the money I contributed to your campaign?

The sad thing is: By the time we Hillary supporters can say "we told you so," it will be too late.

I am grateful that McCain (McDreamy) has enough courage to point out the truth. Obama is seen as softy by terrorist leaders. They want someone they can push around. Do any of us want a president that is the choice of a terrorist organization?

Mabus was the name Nostradamus said; therefore it would be foolish to ask you what GOD said, since your Sundays are used to review and decipher Nostradamus predictions. It's amazing the only time most of you are Christains is when you can questions someone elses Christainity. How days did you miss from Church this year??????
If the Republican will have Obama for breakfast Lunch and Dinner then why all the hate; isn't Republican winning the White House a good outcome:you should be jumping for joy since Obama is an easy beat.

I have no proof that Hamas believes or has said anything in favor of any candidate. Maybe they like Obama because he has lived in a Muslim country and they see him as easier to deal with because of his color. Hillary is still my choice and will continue to be my choice.
Peggy7:58PMMay 10th 2008
The fact thaqt Hamas wants Obama for our President was in a number of respected newspapers and on television. So why not mention it? Obama's campaign is busy bragging about his endorsements, so why not add this one.
Theolinda Knight8:48PMMay 10th 2008
McCain had lost his bearing and was out of bounds. He is running for president of the United States, not for president of Israel, Jordan, Palestine, or Saudi Arabia. What any political party or even government official in a foreign country thinks about our candidates is irrelevant. They are not going to invade us. Scotland might like McCain best, his family apparently is from the highlands, but what difference does that make? It's like the mayor of Dublin supporting a Kennedy. Sure, the whole world has a right to an opinion, and to express it, but to give some foreign opinion the prominence that an endorsement of that statement by the candidate of a major party gets is really off base. Is McCain going to form his foreign policy or make appointments on the basis of Hamas' stated likes and dislikes?
Theolinda Knight8:54PMMay 10th 2008
This all goes to the vice of gossip. The only person responsible for gossip is the gossiper. Obama is not responsible for McCain's gossip, only McCain is responsible. McCain dragged Hamas into this campaign, there is no evidence at all that Obama was involved, he was just the target of gossip. If you don't like it when someone joins your name to a piece of spiteful, malicious gossip, why do you like it when McCain does it to someone?
