MoveOn Announces Obama Ad Winner
Not long after MoveOn.org decided to endorse Barack Obama, the group announced a video ad contest: "Obama in 30 Seconds'.
5.5 million votes were cast for the 1,100 submissions and 15 finalists were selected. An eclectic group of 24 judges that included Ben Affleck, Jesse Jackson, Oliver Stone and Moby, chose the winner, "Obamacan" by David Gaw and Lance Mungia of Monrovia, CA.
MoveOn's donors have committed $200,000 to run this ad in selected markets.

Hillary Clinton smashed the myth of innate female moral superiority in the worst possible way -- by demonstrating female moral inferiority. We didn't really need her racial innuendos and free-floating bellicosity to establish that women aren't wimps. As a generation of young feminists realizes, the values once thought to be uniquely and genetically female -- such as compassion and an aversion to violence -- can be found in either sex, and sometimes it's a man who best upholds them.

Where is the FEC when you need them? Since there is no enforcement MoveOn has been able to invade caucuses, make illegal contributions to the Obama campaign and other sorts of mischief
I hope that charming fellow on utube is not a spokesman for the Obama campaign...ROFL

Shouldn't the first sentence read "Not long after Moveon.org created Barack Obama"?
As if they "decided to endorse" him after careful consideration.
This is a good glimpse into their strategy. "I once was lost but now I'm found" only instead of about Jesus it's about Barack.

Obama will lose to McCain because he won't know how to handle the tough challenges that will hit him from left field. Rev. Wright won't go away. He has not won any of the swing states he needs in November, and does not appeal to the working class voters he would need to win. His only chance is to combine with Hillary, because with her on the ticket, she can help him get the votes he cannot get on his own.

P.S. U-tube is pretty sick.
Dean, Pelosi and superdelegates? Throw in U-tube
and the media circus and we have a lot to be ashamed about in this country.
I am outraged they count superdelegates votes from Michigan and Florida and not the voters votes? Pretty shaming.
Superdelagates???? These are people who are party loyalists, but not voter loyalists in most part. They were not elected by us to represent us voters.
Yet they get the delegate vote of up to one million voters votes? Pretty crazy and sickening.
The democratic party needs to be shown a lessen. No donations to the DNC until Michigan and Florida get to revote in August during their already scheduled primaries or I believe stongly that we all should just not bother to vote.
The democratic party doesn't want our votes, just superdelegates and the 20 hand picked cronies Dean has handpicked and appointed to the rules committee to make sure Michigan and Florida do not get revoted.
Obama may win nomination, but will be like Bush, a robbing of it by superdelegates, DEAN, and the media.
The superdelegates better realize that we are all aware how well it was hid from us about what we know about Obama now. The media and the party had to know the background of Obama and hid it well.

Superdelegates is nothing more then what Castro set up in Cuba. A system where the elite of the party does the election. The DNC is no better and should be ashamed.
The DNC and the media had to know Obama's past history and associations, they do investigations but hid it from the American voters until after Super Tuesday. What else is being hid from us?
IMPEACH DEAN, no more superdelegates.
The pundits and DNC are calling for Hillary to withdraw. It is superdelegates who should withdraw.
CNN and MSNBC should be ashamed for hiding from it's viewers what they knew about Obama - they did know!
It is not a done deal as us VOTERS will not vote for Obama in November.
We may have if Michigan and Florida votes were counted, votes that is by voters. Isn't is strange that superdelegates from both those states do count?
THE DNC SCREWED US VOTERS!

Where's the proof that they are patriotic Americans?
Have they pledged to support America - NO
Have they helped the inner city - NO
Have they passed legislation to help Americans - NO
Have they done anything for America - NO

Hillary's supporters are sounding more and more pathetic everyday...what a buch of hooey that she can improve life for working families she doesnt care about your family. All Hillary cares about is her legacy and raking in the bucks from the lobbyists. Her husband threw working Americans to the dogs with NAFTA and all they wanted to do was build a powerful political dynasty with herself and Bubba at the helm. That dynasty wouldnt resemble anything any self respecting Democrat could imagine.Im soooooo happy she will not be the nominee for my party..maybe she will become another Lieberman and defect and we wont have to worry about her again. This is one working class white male that voted for Obama here in Oregon !!

Ah, you forget, if what was known today on Super Tuesday, Obama would not be where he is.
He never answered any tough questions, people such as Chris Matthews (felt tingling up his leg??) and the media loved his speaking skills, but Obama didn't answer an tough questions.
When Obama finally did get some tough questions in debates he really showed that off the stump speech the guy couldn't face questions.
That is why Obama stopped debating, he can't answer tough questions and certainly now doesn't want to answer any about his many spectacular associations that are dubious at best.
Hillary would be on top if the media had investigated Obama instead of falling in love with the guy and his speaking skills.
I don't want speeches, I want someone in who can improve my families life.

great job! every one is entittled to vote for their political choice. obama character is impeccable, he has the respect of democrats and republicans alike. he wants what america wants, and that is change. aren't you people tired of the same old politics? hilliary is so bitter and selfish she is now taking this thing to another level. "The white woman" level. "the women thing" join hilliary she is a woman thing. she is desperate and it is so sad.she can't get the majority of the people so she latches on to those who have one thing in common with her. it's great being; a woman but please hill can you be a woman and show some class?

We are not going to vote because we don't count, only the superdelegates are count, so why wasting our day and don't be fool, we are not going to be one at the end. "DON'T VOTE".
Cecil Jones4:42AMMay 13th 2008
My reply to this ad is simple. Ask not what an "Obamacan" can do for you; ask what you can do for an "Obamacan" and this is pandering. My advice to Obama would be, "Be yourself, free yourself!" I'd play some oldschool EWF like "That's the way of the World" and show us how "We Can" fix it. We used to call this leadership, and it's up to us to prove "We Can!" Stop endless war? Yes, We Can! Help stop poverty in America? Yes, We Can! Stop the selective enforcement of the Constitution? Yes, We Can! Open the White House to every American? Yes, We Can! Sen. McCain wouldn't have a chance! He's standing in the way of history.

It is time that America learns who Barack Obama really is and how he has risen to power.
He is nothing more than a puppet of the wealthy, elitist far-left that has hijacked the Democratic Party. Read The New American Disenfranchisement and Support The Obama Truth Week at

Hillary's tragic mistake was that she ran a general election campaign-not a campaign to win her party's nomination. She presented herself as the invincible candidate destined to go to the White House. Thus, while Obama was amassing grassroots support, soliciting as little as a dollar from donors, Hillary was already living the life of a president. Thus, as Obama developed into a movement, the Clinton machinery could not rise to the challenge.
It was stunning how the Illinois Senator, Barrack Obama took the Democratic race by storm. He won ten contests in a row after Super Tuesday, picked up high profile endorsements, and closed the gap in the number of superdelegates won. He looked unstoppable after Super Tuesday, and, as things stand, he has ruggedly broken the aura of invincibility around Hillary Clinton, and provided tough answers to the question of electability, raised by Hillary Clinton.
