Predicting WV
My prediction two weeks ago on Indiana and North Carolina proved to be total folly, today's foretelling will likely prove to be superfluous.
Today West Virginia Democrats cast their votes in a primary. They have 28 delegates.
Hillary Clinton will win West Virginia. And with a comfortable margin (8-10 points).
But it won't matter.
It's great that the voting continues and Mountain State Democrats have a chance to be heard, but the debate is essentially over. At this juncture, a rally of support and its demonstration for Clinton is an opportunity for Hillary to exit with some dignity. But that's about it.
Now quitters never win, and Clinton gets kudos for that. But now winning is not within her muster. Obama must fall big - in a way that causes Super Delegates to jump ship en masse - which is not a scenario anywhere rooted in reality.
So...today's win in West Virginia is great for the voted and Hillary Clinton but it's impact is nil.

Hillary Math Problem;
Say, May 13 in West Virginia Obama loses by double digits, netting Clinton two delegates. Say,tThe identical 55-45 result on May 20 in Kentucky nets her five more. Say, in Oregon, a classic Obama state he loses there 52-48. Say, Hillary wins by 10 in Montana and South Dakota on June 3, and primary season ends on June 7 in Puerto Rico with another big Viva Clinton! Hillary pulls off a 60-40 landslide, giving her another 11 delegates. Although this will NEVER happen, say Clinton has a blowout in Oregon. She will still have a hard time getting her through the process with a pledged-delegate lead.
The Clintonites can spin to their heart's content about how Obama can't carry any large states besides Illinois. How he can't close the deal. How he can't get the nomination.
The hard facts are the hard count. Clinton can not overcome her math problem even giving here all of the above outlined. She now is behind in Superdelegates and few if any are rushing to her aid. To the contrary, they are throwing their endorsemenst to Obama daily. Barack Obama will be the Democrat nominee. Clinton has a math problem that can't be fixed.

Leslie I don't know who or what you really are except a delusional idiot. Who cares what you wear, drive or your education, plain and simple your a dull dull person. If I had to guess I would say you are a campaign worker assigned to this site. Doubt if you could work more than one at a time, unless you had a teleprompter.
I have seen you posting the last day or two and you have no facts, just drooling adoration for Mr. Obama. Maybe he will take you to Kenya with him, because he is unfit to be the president of the USA.

You already have the "song and dance" man in Obama.
Where & when is the bash to take place?
I think I will decline the invite!
Thanks

Both candidates agreed with the DNC that Florida and Michigan violated the rules and agreed they should not be allowed to be counted as a penalty. Later, after Hillary Clinton fell behind in the delegate count she suddenly wanted Florida and Michigan to count although Barack Obama was not even listed on the ballot in Michigan. Once again, Hillary flip-flops on an issue as she has her whole-career in politic's when it best suits her against an opponent regardless whether she already agreed on an issue. Hillary Clinton is famous for flip-flopping, changing course on a minutes notice like the wind, when she is proven wrong on an issue or it directly benefits her whether fair or not. Hillary Clinton throws caution to the wind, honesty is no where to be found in her vocabulary and she could careless about America or anyoe within its borders, it is her and her alone she truly represents and her selfishness is unyeilding, her determination to have things her way under any circumstances legendary. Hillary Clinton serves Hillary Clinton and those who stand in her way, be damned! You will never find a more self-serving politician than Hillary Rodham Clinton! She is the queen of" Hurray for me and to hell with you!" Hillary has moved the goal posts several times during this campaign and now wants to change the rules on what was agreed upon by both candidates regarding Florida and Michigan simply because Barack Obama has won the nomination, fair and square and she cannot personally accept that fact! Hillary Clinton will not easily accept reality but the day is coming it is going to slap her upside the head and New York will be left with a crying jag lunatic for a U.S. Senator as a direct result that will continue thinking she is still running for president, instead of doing the job the voters of NY elected her to do! A closer look will tell anyone Hillary Clinton is a mental case in bad need of treatment! Bill Clinton ought to be proud of himself for what he has personally done to her through the years! She is an out of control, woman scorned, looking for a place to implode! How much more rejection and dejection can she take without coming completely unglued and apart at the seams? The truth of the matter is NY has a basket-case on their hands at a time when they need all the help they can get with a nation that is economically tanking! Hillary Clinton is hardly the answer, she has all she can do to remain sane under the present situation of dealing with one failure after another for the last year and a half on the campaign trail. Hillary Clinton ran one of the dumbest political campaigns ever ran and she went from the front-runner by a wide-margin to the loser to a virtual new-comer and unknown (Barack Obama). Talk about a complete collapse, she has total failure written all over her face! Hillary Clinton has been reduced to the level of foolishness, a complete joke and her political career is certainly over, in the past! She could never agin be taken seriously after her constant display of unacceptable behavior, with a clear, warped mindset, mixed with what appears to be more than one, mental illness that is badly in need of treatment by professional, medical staff! This is why the DNC rules were ok at the beginning of the primary, but are not now!

HILLARY IS OLD NEWS. YESTERDAY'S YELLOW JOURNALISM SHEET. HER POOR LEADERSHIP IS SHOWING WHEN SHE STILL MAINTAINS THE IMAGE THAT SHE CAN WIN WHEN SHE OF ALL PEOPLE WITH YEARS OF POLIITCAL JUNKIE EXPERIANCE KNOWS DAM WELL SHE CAN'T. THAT IS ENOUGH TO TELL YOU THAT CLINTON IS A LIVING LIE. DONNED UP IN HER PANT'S SUIT OF MANY COLORS JUST LIKE HER MANY FACES, SHE KEEPS LYING TO THE AMERICAN PUBLIC WHOSE RESPECT LEVEL FOR HER DROPS BY THE MINUTES. IF SHE WAS HONEST SHE WOULD SAY WHAT SHE KNOWS TO BE TRUE AND QUIT TRYING TO FOOL HER SUPPORTERS. CLINTON HAS TO KNOW THE SAME THING THE POLITICAL RANKS KNOW BUT SHE IS NOT ABOUT TO HAVE TO FACE IT PUBLICALLY AFTER ALL HER HOT-SHOT POT-SHOTS SHE TOOK AT THE GUY WHO NOW HAS BEAT HER.

OBAMA 20087:54PMMay 13th 2008
No one is more disappointed that Florida Democrats will have no role in selecting delegates for the nomination of the party’s standard bearer than Senator Obama.
When Senator Clinton was campaigning in Iowa and New Hampshire, she made it clear that states like Michigan and Florida that wouldn’t produce any delegates, ‘don’t count for anything.’ Now that Senator Clinton’s worried about losing the first Southern primary, she’s using Florida for her own political gain by trying to assign meaning to a contest that awards zero delegates and where no campaigning has occurred. Senator Clinton’s own campaign has repeatedly said that this is a ‘contest for delegates’, and Florida is a contest that offers zero. Whether it is Barack Obama’s record, her position on Social Security, or even the meaning of the Florida Primary, it seems like Hillary Clinton will do or say anything to win an election. When he is the nominee, Barack Obama will campaign vigorously in Florida and Michigan to put them in the Democratic column in 2008.

"Obama Bash" in FLORIDA. ?????
I think you have forgotten how WE the majority voted in Florida & why do you think we will vote for Obama now? If anything we know more about him now then we did in the Primary and you can see how that went.
Obama can't dismiss this large group of Democrats and then ask us out of the other side of his mouth for our votes, Obama did not... nor does he now want our votes to count in Florida. You think thats alright because the votes did not go for Obama. Fine.
Obama is going to need those votes if he is going to get elected in the General Election.
All these states Obama has dismissed... he will NEED to win in the General Election.
I can't wait to see him slinking back into Florida to beg for votes from people he has dismissed as irrelevant in his climb, just like he is dismissing WV right now..he isn't even in the state of WV he left.. he conceded the state and left??
Brush off my shoes, brush off my shoulders, and say.. gun toting , cling to our religion, small town, working class people are voting for Hillary Clinton even if we have to write her in on the ballot.
Welcome To Florida
Suzanne
