'What's Right' - New Clinton Ad
In advance of Tuesday's Democrat primary, Hillary Clinton's campaign released a new :30 ad is titled "What's Right" airing in the Beaver state.
The ad's script reads:
ANNCR: In Washington, they talk about who's up and who's down. In Oregon, we care about what's right and what's wrong. She's the one who will end No Child Left Behind so we teach children to learn, not take tests. She's the one who voted against the Bush energy bill that threatens liquefied natural gas plants along Oregon's coast. She's the one insisting on health coverage for every American. She's been right when it matters. She'll be there when it counts.
HRC: I'm Hillary Clinton and I approved this message.

Trinity United Church of Christ
Obama mentioned his church during his appearance with Oprah. It's the 'Trinity United Church of Christ'.
It is very alarming. Barack Obama is a member of this church and is running for President of the U.S. If you look at the first page of their Web site, you will learn that this congregation has a non-negotiable commitment to Africa. No where is America even mentioned. Notice too, what color you will need to be if you should want to join Obama's church? Does this surprise anyone?
Doesn't look like his choice of religion has improved much over his Muslim upbringing. This guy wants to rule America while his loyalty is totally vested in a black Africa !
I cannot believe this has not been all over the TV and newspapers. This is why it is so important to pass this message along to all our family and friends. To think that Obama has even the slightest chance in the run for the presidency is really scary.

She is the one that took 11 million dollars in foriegn money and threw it down the drain in her campaign when she could have contributed it to the poor, homeless,education, and healthcare, she is the one that said she was fighting for the poor but donated most of her money to her husbands Library, and the Wm J. Clinton Foundation, yes she is the one!

Typo corrected. Sorry:
Nice ad, but what good does she think this will do?? What she left out was, she's also one of many who intially supported the war in Iraq. Remember her husband was president for 8 years and her "INSIDE" experience rhetoric should have given her first hand intelligence?? the point is she was lead astray like a sheep being lead to slaughter except this time heroes like Pat Tillman and over 5000 American soldiers were killed. Pat Tillman was killed by friendly fire and President Bush and his administration covered this up.
Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me. Vote Obama 2008.

First, tfitz--I really do love you. Thanks for taking on the troglodytes like YoubetUr and lmay and demythologizing their citations. Now, if you could start on Katherine and the Stop-Obama website . . .
Second, lmay--I don't ever want to read a complaint from you when you are charged with being a racist. Because ya are, Blanche, ya are. What else would you call it when you label a man of color "boy"? You are blatantly and disgustingly a throw back to 1950s Jim Crow, if not the antebellum South. Look it up, sweetie. It means "before the war." You have turds for brains. And I mean that in a nice way.

The rules committee is worried about how they handle Florida and Michigan problem, that they don't set a precendent for 2012?????????? Don't we think it may be time to change the stupid primary rules after this fiasco. This should be upper most on the minds of all the DNC. Goes to show how smart they really are. The rules need to be fair to all states. A vote from a rural voter should count equal to the vote of a big city voter. It's time for popular vote only. Get rid of caucus's and super delegates and all the rest of the confusion. It's like a shell game. Just give the people one vote each and let it happen.

Ok Who called in the UN? We going to have them now tell us who we have to vote for?
This presidential contest WAS NOT about race, until Obama and the people surrounding him made it so. This UN thing will back fire on him and I will be glad if it does. This is a free country FOR NOW. Dream on if you think by bring in the United Nations that you can force Obama down our throats.

Look back in history how this Middle East mess started. Can you spell Jimmy Carter and his foreign policy maker Brezenski? Google them and see what you find. Google Obama with both those names too.

'A lady always knows when to leave the party.' Or so my mother used to say. It's time for Hillary Clinton to take a tip and leave - not the party, of course, but the presidential race....She should save her political future and concede the nomination to Obama. The Democratic Party's chances to win the White House are at stake now, not just her own career. Or her husband's ambitions, if it is he who is pushing her to continue in a race she cannot win.

You Clinton supporters are co-dependent, intoxicated with Clinton's lies. Lies are what binds you with Clinton; the common ground is LIES. Clinton fever may not be easy to cure but they have a remedy called REALITY. Reality is Obama is in first-slot position for the nomination and Clinton is dead in the water. BYE BYE CLINTON BYE BYE!

To all the posters ... we need to rally together and keep an eye on all "superdelegates" and how they vote.
```````````````````````````````````````````````````
I agree with this. The only reason the endorsements mean anything to me is that it shows who votes with the popular vote and who votes against it. I think that's very important in deciding who gets re-elected and who doesn't when the time comes. It's bad enough the popular vote doesn't elect the President, but now when the superdelegates don't even support the people who voted for them by backing up their choices, that really sucks. I think the whole voting process needs an overhaul. The way the Democrats run the primaries is crazy. How someone can win the majority of the state and end up with a handful more delegates than the person who lost doesn't make any sense to me. I understand how this system was devised, I just don't agree with it.
Changing rules, bending them when things aren't going your way, constantly reframing the boundaries and goals......these just aren't working for Clinton.
It's true - without rules and adherence to them, there will be chaos. What happens with the states in 4 years? Anyone can decide to do anything, without fear of repercussions. Every state could hold their primaries on Jan 1. It's the fault of the state parties. Did they think they were exempt? They should have effected change through the proper channels.
rrm1211:53AMMay 17th 2008
Just can't figure how the voters are thinking. Obama is winning with his call for change and the voters are falling for it. Don't they realize that it is the "OLD POLITICAL HACKS" that are supporting him???? Pelosi, Kerry, Kennedy, Richardson, Dean, and so on all positioning themselves for a job in the new Administration? Where will the change be???? The only change I foresee is negotiations with with "NO PRECONDITIONS" with the very people that want us all dead. They believe we are "SATAN" and nothing anyone says is going to change the minds of those that are willing to blow themselves up killing fifty Muslims just to kill one of us. I just don't understand
If the lights grow dim in the US because there can be no more hydroelectric power plants, no more coal fired power plants, no more oil fired power plants, no more nuclear power plants, no more LNG power plants, then the great mass of people will become desperate for power and all those who thwart its development will fall from power and be severely punished. Do you wish to be that stupid or is it just natural?
