The Dolphins management just have an ego problem. Too much JT and not enough about how wonderful THEY are. The management triumvirate have been too keen on finding criminals and drug users to play for them in the past, they can't deal with a positive "feel good" player. In time, the triumvirate will too be dismissed. The "kick-butt and take names" coaching style has long vanished from successful team management. Just ask those x-coaches whose careers are over as they do TV analyzing wondering why they have been abandoned by today's ownerships.
