If the person commits the crime he should do the time for it whether it is prison time or receiving the death penalty.

I think it's time to change the laws. Seriously. These four hoodlums should have been convicted of conspiracy to murder. How can you prove that? There were bullets in the gun.

Ummm, excuse me....isn't an innocent man dead??? Wasn't he a father, a husband and supporter of his family??? And now we are made to worry about the "civil rights" of these thieving, robbing, stealing little pieces of excrement with hair??? Oh, yeah, I forgot...they suffered bad childhoods that will be repaired beyond reproach by an extensive term in prison which will actually turn out to be a college degree in criminality. All this so that when and if they ever do get out, they can kill again. But, this time they'll ALL be of age to die by lethal injection so now this will be two murders for the price of one....Hang them NOW!!! To hell with their "Civil rights." Did they giave a damn about robbing Sean Taylor or terrorizing his wife and child. Who will give Mrs. Taylor back her husband and her quiet life????????? Who will give the Taylors THEIR civil rights???

They went to his house to rob him, they had a gun, they shot and killed him in front of the mother of his baby, and of the baby. FRY THESE BASTARDS!!!!

Why is that they use capital punishment for cases that are not this severe and they just waive it -- this is a life lost and we dont care if hes 17

They took a weapon to a botched robbery. What did they think the man was going to do? Punk out and let them rob him in his home with his girlfriend ans baby at home?

That was premeditation and even Ray Charles could decifer that and he is dead and was blind when he lived. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure this one out and the proscecution could have fought a bit harder for this one. Why was't the one who did the shooting certified as an adult? Did he mother up when they finally got him to the station?

Seventeen. They make it seem like the kid was wearing diapers when he shot Taylor. He was SEVENTEEN. Kids went into war back in the day at 17. He is acting like a man so he should DIE like a man. Capital Punishment, the thing a murderer deserves. Life in prison is like an all inclusive resort! They eat and drink for free for life and WE pay for it! An eye for an eye! Lethal injection, gas, hanging, I don't care. I agree with the people that say if we start doing this, it will deter most from committing these heinous crimes!
