And they will do and say anything to get that control: "Power at any price" Among well-informed people, Liberalism is a character defect. Liberals hate success in others -- which is why notably successful societies such as the USA are hated.

How many of these TV evangilists and officers in coporate un-America are doing without...not one! They use Bible Bullying and huge bonuses to confuse the average person. These folks are the worst that America has to offer. They care about their own creature comfort and use the Bible to twist the Lord's word to support their agenda. Get copororate un-America and Bible thumpers out of our government and give it back to the people who have been so abused by the current administration. Just say No and the trickle down theory of Nancy Reagan didn't work then and doesn't work now.!!!

While I am a conservative Republican and would most likely never vote for any democrat, I have to admit that the present administration is not up to the task of dealing with many of the issues of today's world. But, I am certain that John McCain will still be the best choice for our country this November. The other guy is just too liberal for normal Americans to take to, and is too inexperienced to deal with the present and future challenges that face our Country.

remembeer when liberals ran the country and we had prosperity and honest government.After 2 crooked presidental elections,the Republicans sending our economy overseas starting with Reagan the creator of the global economy,high gas prices caused by oil company greed,an attitude that we can let the corporations do what they want because working people con't count or their lives.Its very easy to see why we have become a third rate banana boat republic under the republicans.America won't get better under Obama but he may slow down the decline temporarily.Dennis Kucinich was campaigning to reverse the damage conservatives have done to America but the Republican controlled news media made him a liberal joke so obama or 4 more years of Bushes surrogate is the best we can hope for.Enjoy your stupidity America,its coming back to haunt you.

This country will never be the same unless we as americans stand up to the government and say enough is enough we will not take it anymore.People are scared and are will to take and accept anything that is dished out.Talking about what is wrong does not solve the problems.IF our men and women (boys and girls )can go fight a war and die for us then why can we not fight for what we believe is wrong with the American goverment?stand up and fight or shut the hell up and keep struggling until we are all in hell with this once great nation

The only way this country will see another Depression is if Obama is elected. His plan to raise taxes will send this country into that Depression that all you economist wannabes fear. As far as as the whole unhappy birthday thing, I must live in a very idealist area of the country. I say that because: every year our family shoots off our own firework extravaganza in our cul-de-sac. We've been doing it since we moved into the neighborhood 14 years ago. Over the years we would hear and or see families in our neighborhood as well as surrounding neighborhoods have their own fireworks display. But not until this year have we seen so many participate in the country's birthday celebration. I see spending and going and eating out. My home continues to rise in value. Mind you it hasn't risen like homes in other parts of the country. But that's a good thing. Slow and steady has always won the race. A lot of Americans complain and whine about how bad they have it.
