I think some people are missing the point... why did Saddam hang on to 550 metric tons of yellow cake worth tens of millions of dollars when he had no nuclear program, and was not permitted by the IAEA of ever having one?Yeah, we knew about it since 1991. And Saddam was sitting on this stuff waiting for the day he could make use of it.
