Let's see, we were getting our butts kicked in the beginning of the war. We had very few troops there at the time. The Korean government decided to kill there own people and now it is our fault??The article makes it sound like all of these officers had thousands of US troops at hand to stop these atrocities. Most of the time these officers were alone or with a couple of soldiers and were acting as advisers.Let's put the blame where it lies with the South Korean government, police and military.

The U.S. military advisors found themselves in a tough predicament. They must have asked the South Koreans how would they handle it if no American advisors were near.As for the advisors, they must have asked themselves: How would the red Chinese advisors handle it?There you are!.
