HE DROPPED A BIG BANG ON THE HOUSING MARKET AND CREDIT COMPANIES AFTER THE DEMOCRATIC CONGRESS SET NEW RULES FOR BANKRUPTSIES WHICH IN TURN WITH THE BIG JUMP IN RATES SET THE WHO;E THING IN MOTION.
