This story makes so much sense to me. I'm surprised it hasn't happened with other facilities.

Maybe it should be the Bush W George STP, since in a properly operated sewage treatment plant, what goes out is cleaner than what comes in. The proposed namesake seems primarily to emit more efluvia than could possibly enter.
