I have been a Colts ticket holder for 4 years now and the respect for Dungy has grown more each year. I prayed these last few years he would stay each year. I understand his reason but I am selfish too. He is at the top of the list of why I love the Colts. All his players respected him so much and I pray the team does not change in respect now that he is gone. I am sure the new coach will do fine but the magic of Dungy will not be there and that really worries me. I wish he could of stayed around at least till after a run for the Super Bowl that Indy will be hosting in a few years. Good Luck Tony Dungy and God Bless, we will miss you for many years to come, it won't be the same without you.

I have a great deal of respect for Dungy. I still do not understand why he had Manning take a knee against San Diego, and throwing away a chance to win the game.
