The court discriminates against the intelligence of us all.
Will the DOTs now have to make highways that do not discriminate to the blind?
Will all cans and boxes in grocery stores have to be imprined with braille?
The old saying must be true...... Justice IS blind.....and sometimes stupid....

How much is this going to cost us, the not blind?

i for the life of me do not see the common sense in this decision. the great legal minds of this nation are now amongst the biggest idiots in the universe. they seem to have formed an undergound network of stupid cults

Heck, use a debit card, that is what I use. It is safer anyway. What is the problem?

i m disabled myself , I applaud courts for forcing changes ....... human nature to not want changes ........ but equal access and fact people can take advantage of blind should bbe enough to force changes ....

Good article. It doesn't say what court this was. Are the judges ashamed to tell us what it was? Or are they as big a bunch of jerks as they appear to be??

No single monetary design will benefit all of the people. The current design of American money benefits the vast majority of the population, and thus... should remain unchanged. I think it could be said with honesty that a new design could be confusing to the majority of citizens, while benefiting a select few. Would this not be considered discriminatory, as well? And how many different design changes would be necessary to make it easier for the blind, and the visually impaired, since they have different requirements for a successful design?

To continue, as this topic aggravates me! I have been in Macy's in NY City. My sight is perfect (with glasses) but try to find the ATM machines or the restrooms signs when you can see! No wonder our courts are backed up with garbage from these groups that want all to 'equal' for everyone. Maybe they should take a 'day trip' to India---------that will give them an 'open eyed' view!!!

I just wish I could see what the gov really did with the money they take from me. Oh wait, they give it some lazy jerks that don't work, and pay farmers not to farm.
