"Immediate" danger is evidenced by grooming in a sect that evidences widespread physical, sexual, mental and emotional abuse of its children. Parents that live in, expose their children to, and enable the predators to dominate their children are thus abusing their children "now". The fact that a child is not at risk to be killed or pregnant "tomorrow" shows shortsighted, poor judgment on part of Appeals judges. Every day these children are brainwashed into accepting physical, sexual, mental and emotional abuse means their entire lives are at risk. Taking a child that is under 5 removes the danger for the abuse that will occur at and before puberty, when the child will then be incapable of defending himself/herself because of the ongoing brainwashing and daily abuse to their minds and bodies. CPS is a farce and they are crooks themselves and think they are above the law along with texas cant let people live as they wish i dont condone the children being abused but i dont think this happened in all the stolen kids that texas stole kidnapped and lie about,,,,, look at the murder that texas and the us army and police killed in waco texas and i say army because thier equipment was used to destroy buildings and the low life ATF MURDERERS

whats wrong with homosexuals raising kids? there are so many kids without a home or parents and you would deny them that because of what people do behind closed doors? that goes back to the whole straight people dont always raise straight kids so homosexual parents wont affect the sexuality of a child down the road. i do not think they had the right to take ALL of the kids but it was the only way to really investigate. if they only took the girls what about the boys with shake and shove injuries?

If you didn't see this coming you are a moron, and also qualify for a job at almost any DCS office in the Country.

CeeBee, CPS/DCS is a government agency, funded by the State with Federal grants in some areas.

Due Process got shot to hell on this deal, and everyone with half a brain saw that. Did the situation warrant Intervention? Damn sure did, but not the way this was done. I hope this bankrupts every person involved in this mess in Civil Court, and I hope Federal Charges are filed against them for violation of Civil Rights.

Wait for the "appeal".

They had a Legal Search Warrant.

Law Enforcement people cannot be sued if they aggresivly persue (what they percieve to be) a crime in progress.

Raping a CHILD most certainly falls WELL within that catagory!

You people who think these kids should be taken away amaze me....you vote for liberals who allow homosexuals to raise kids, abortion..even late term abortion which is just murder, you vote for no morals, no values...and then you have the gall to say someone else's kids should be taken away, without real proof of any wrong doing.

I really think liberalism is a mental disease...you are so quick to point your vile gun at anyone else..especially anyone who has faith in God...not that I agree with polygamy..I do not. But, instead of taking the kids away from their mothers..they should have let the kids stay with their mothers while investigating each case separately. The shock to those kids will be everlasting..and it was wrong to do.

i think child welfare, people involved in this matter should be fired , no questios asked, now the parents are those kids gonna sue state of texas for millions of tax payers money over this crap , because of one sick lady in another state far away made up a lie on these people , she should be arrested for false statments , look what this caused the poor tax payers of texas, i cant ge mad i cant even shake my head, even the dead lol at this one,, shame shame on texas welfare no brains people ,
