I do not understand why senior citizens on social security are not eligable for the checks in June. Although I am not one of the 20 million, I do think that they, especially need this money.

This is a good thing for the working class. Use this to pay down your credit cards and home equity loan at a lower rate. You may never get a chance like this again people. The retailers and others will try and cajole you into spending your money but DON'T. Pay off your debt and thank God for this lower interest rate and the fourth comming "incentive" check you will get in June.
