Jesus had NOTHING to say about homosexuality.

On the other hand, he had PLENTY to say about divorce, adultery, and fornication.

How many of you self-righteous clods...so gleefully condemning gays...have ever been divorced, or had sex outside of marriage?

Typical Christian hypocrites.

Report This! Same sex relationships at least shows respect for each other, compared to the oppression and/or subjugacion we read and watch on the news about one male and many wifes (or many "spiritual wifes", ... whatever). Now, to balance this law, the rules for divorce on these couples should be tougher too, just to ensure that this new law be taken seriously. Who knows, maybe same sex couples could remind us (heterosexual couples), what a loving and long-term commited relationship should be about.

Why should the rules for divorce be tougher for same-sex couples than for straight couples? I think most same-couples already take this law seriously, they've had a long, hard fight to get it.

The radification ( by a majority) of our national constitution established a government by the consent of the governed.

The Constitution, by design protects the equal rights of the few from being violated by the many.

It is a flaw in the exersize of state government to put the unpopular question of gay rights or any rights on a ballot. Thus leaving the question exposed to the often opressive, wishes, passions and inclinations of the many.

By government design, it is the responsiability of the courts to uphold and interpet Constitutional Rights, not the ballot box.

Tevroc you are right. I just hope God addresses the corrupt politicians before the gay issue.

Like it or not, under the law all are equal. We have so much more to worry about in America anyway. If you are a Christian, then you should allow God do his work and you yours. You are not to judge, but to love your fellow man even if it is hard to do. You are to spread the good news, not hate. Jesus died for all sinners, not just those who think they are better than others.

adam and eve, not adam and steve. homosexuality is completely unnatural and as far as i'm concerned is nothing more than abnormality in brain function. it is not natural, nor is it normal for a man to look at another mans hairy butt and his junk get hard.

SORRY....Gays can't have kids and they are a threat to the human Race all they can do is recruit! Its ok Jesus died for yours and my Sins. Just Repent and Ask Jesus to take it out of your Heart and He will.!!!!!!

It's about time! Gay marriage should be legalized in every state or (since straight marriage is supposedly SO sacred), ban straight people from getting a divorce in every state. They have as much right as us straight people to marry.
