I don't know what you are viewing.... Clearly the bus driver struck first, she should of let the kid out of the bus, she was on the phone with her mom. The bus driver’s daughter is crazy, she got her from behind. The bus driver and her daughter were the only ones delivering the violence. No wonder she wanted off the bus, with that violent duo. Even the kids in the back were flying out the emergency door to protect them selves from the bouncer bus driver and her baby bull dog. The tag team should have been suspended; the girl should get an apology from them, the school and the officials who investigated. There is obviously a bias on the part of those who are determining fault. The school is backing up the bus driver so they don’t get sued. The authorities always work together with the school authorities. Shame on you for what you are doing.

It seems at the video that the student was arguing with the driver not the way she said it, sometimes the students made some lies because they want the parent to believed them, and they do. Probably because they want it to sue the school bus companies.

Its amazing how you people allow such unacceptable verbal abuse to an adult in charge of a bus of kids. This kid was spoken to by a school cop prior to getting on the bus so had some serious mental issues and brought them on the bus. This girl not only needs some discipline but mental help. You others who condone such bull only goes to show give no respect get no respect....kids raised like convicts will be convicts...I raised 8 kids if they spoke to the bus driver like that and I found out they would walk, be grounded and disciplined....your creating anarchy in school in church in the community....unreal ...maybe alot of you were raised in monkey cages...cause you keep allowing this to go on in school and buses and the saying goes "The monkeys are running the zoo"...get msg?

Seems to me the authorities need to look at this incident objectively and fairness to both sides. It appears to me the driver is culpable for a percentage of the incident..

I am amused that most of you feel the driver was perfect in her handling of the situation.

At best, if you truely work for CPS, your opinion is jaded. Stop being a blind adv ocate and look at this situation as it truely is. This child(?) is out of control and the mother has absolutely no parenting skills. Try using your position to force the mother to be responsible instead of criminalizing the bus driver, who by the way, has 42 other lives to think about on that bus.

My daughter would be taking a taxi to school, paid for, by the job she held .Notice her gaining attention even laughing as she turned her head, I feel for the busdriver, as she must have been scared for her life, as well as the other teens on the bus

Shame on this girl and her mother, I'm sure she has a long list of bad behavior, and that the principle ,and law enforcment are no strangers to her.It seems to m e that even the mom, knows, but fails to admit for fear of losing a settlement, that her daughter is A PIA at home and in school.

After watching the video, this girl has obviously never been taught how to behave or respect authority. Riding a school bus is a privilege,and the driver needs to be able to keep order. The school is right to support their driver, and the mother of this brat is out of line to think other people should have to put up with the mess she has made out of this girl. I hope the daughter of the bus driver got in a couple of good shots. She was right to come to the aid of ther mom. Kudos to the driver--don't put up with the lip or the rude behavior-you owe it to the "good" kids that obey the rules.

Suspend the kid from school. The mother needs to take off those rose colored glasses and look hard at her juvenile daughter. She needs to be a MOTHER not her daughters BEST FRIEND. Bus driver doesn't need this garbage, she's paid to drive them back and forth to school, maintain order on her bus. This kid was out of control.
