Any of you guys who hate on Serena should know that the Williams sisters are no longer at the top of their game but they keep playing and winning Big championships even though they keep getting injuries.

Serena and Venus has proven that even though they are no longer as healthy and dominant as they were in the past, they can still play with and beat the best players in the game today, even if they don't win EVERY championship any more.

IN MANY WAYS DOESN'T SHE LOOK JUST LIKE A SHINNY BIRDCAGE-CHESTED DUDE????

I applaud her for having the knowledge and humility like more than 90%of Americans do, to know when to say when. For those that have conjured up some negative reason in their little pea brain, she will match her bank account against your supposed intelligence any-day I’m sure.

Wrong kyconfessions84, Henin's talent was the best of human talent: skill and execution, and learned. Once you start to force the issue the gig is up. Look at baseball and young pitchers that throw thunder at 100mph, quite a force, no? But they don't become great pitchers until they figure out, learn, a change up.

So, thanks Justin: for displaying some of the best of what humanity has to offer on the world stage!

they8da truth you are crazy serena got her azz kicked and you cant handle it if she is not healthy its a personal problem only the strongest win and apparantly it is Henin. I am sure that serena is thrilled she is out then maybe she can win a grand slam again I cant remember though when was serena ranked number 1 and how long?

She will be missed by me I loved watching beat the hell out of the williams sisters. They always have a excuse when they lose Not Henin a true champion.

JUSTIINE IS A GREAT TENNIS PLAYERS. SHE WILL BE MISSED BY MANY. SHE WAS ALWAYS A LADY ON THE COURTS. THERE WAS NO BAD NEWS ABOUT HER, LIKE SO MANY PLAYERS NOW.

JUSTIN WAS A GREAT TENNIS PLAYER. SHE NEVER ACTED UGLY OE FUSSED, LIKE SO MANY TODAY. SHE WILL BE MOSSED BY MANY TENNIS PLAYERS. GOOD LUCK .

I'm not surprised, her talent was forced nothing natural. Forced talent is always going to be the demise of a player than natural talent. Steffi Graf, Chris Evert and Martina Navratilova even Gabriela Sabatini for that matter had more natural talent than forced talent. I'm just waiting for Venus, Serena and Maria to go down that same road Justine and Kim Clijsters went down.

Wow, this is news and her retirement at 25 is as shocking as when Bjorn Borg retired at about the same age, be that as it is, they both are and were great.
