I keep telling myself that I am not going to read these ignorant comments posted on this site but I guess I am a glutton for punishment! While there are many, many problems in this country that need to be addressed and this election is incredibly important - we continue to drink the kool aid that political pundits and the entertainment news media feeds us - as tedious as some of the debates were - I long for the days people debate health care and foreign and economic policy rather than whether or not someone lied about sniper fire, or what someone's pastor said on youtube. So many people here are so angry, scared, rude and ignorant - I am far more worried that these individuals are representative of the people in the United States than I am about anything the three presidential candidates are up to.

Just excuses to minimize Obama, how many whites have heard things in their churches and have not agreed, but continued to worship in that church. How many Catholics left their church when they found their Priests molesting young boys, how many, how many, let's keep it real and honest, Molestation is horrible, but you all are still sitting in the church that this happened.

Barack Obama was raised in a lovely home in Hawaii, got to travel around the world as a child, and was educated in the finest private schools this country has to offer.

AND HE SPENT TWENTY YEARS LISTENING TO HOW OPPRESSED HE IS?????

I voted for Obama in the Massachusetts primary.

I was GOING to vote for him in November.

Now that skinny little punk can KISS MY ASS.

Maybe Ombama stole away to have a smoke. He is getting tired of that Nicorette gum and is just dying for a drag of his real cigarettes. Or maybe he wants to do some drugs like he did in his youth. He can hide out in St Thomas and sniff his cocaine and smoke his marijuana as he describes in his own book. Does anyone want a cigarette smoker or drug abuser for President?Vote for Hillary. I, along with others, said, "There is something about that man (Obama) that scares me." this was some time before anything came out about his spiritual mentor. And, then we met Mrs. Obama. Can you imagine what it would be like to have a "First Lady" like Michelle? What will it be like to have everthing begin to centered around Africa? I am a teacher of American History. I can't help making comparisons between Obama and Adolph Hitler.
