Of course 1ers minister of iraq wants american out, so he can start the corruption and the mess they had with sadam hussein, that people are not used to be restricted..my father in law used to work in Egypt by the time britains were there and after they leave, he said that they managed to organized that country so well that when they left even arabs couldn't accostum to that disaater that came after that , but that took years for britain finally impose that order and eliminate the chaos they had when they arrived, now with a rich country they can't wait to put their hands in that pan.....and start stealing just like in venezuela and the rest of those governments....
