Wow. I cannot believe all this is still going on, let alone how far off track it has gotten. Crisology? Honey, you need to get a life. You weren't on the plane, you weren't on GMA, and apparently you weren't in your happy place when you decided to become omnipotent. Let me say this one more time, just 'cause I like to see you get stirred up....speaking as someone who was on the plane, the kid was not bad, the mom was not bad, hell, even the fa wasn't bad. She was just tired and overreacted. I'm not sure what you saw on GMA, but I saw a kid up way too early playing with a toy he couldn't reach. Could you please go over to the Brittany page and solve her problems?

Good Grief....GAY or NOT GAY??? What happened while I was away???

Blue you posted this because? YRSARHR! Do you even know what or why you are posting on this board? LOL

Whether or not the mother is gay or not gay is not an issue. It's the mother's behavior that matters, not her sexual preferences.

Yes Blue I can explain this... JUST READ WHAT YOU WROTE on AUG2 copied below YRPITR, can't even remember what you post!
Cofins, When you're done rolling on the floor laughing your ass off, maybe you can explain what your son serving in Iraq and your husband serving during Vietnam has to do with anything?

By the way, the Iraqis consider our troops to be the terrorists. I sure hope when you say cofins4terrorists you're not talking about our people. You're so oblivious when it comes to the brats on the plane issue that now you've got me wondering if you're on the wrong side of the terrorist issue as well. After all, you've done nothing but defend the brats who were terrorizing this plane.

My last post got cut off a bit. People on this board keep saying the baby was only 19 months old. Yes, but the mother isn't 19 months old. You would think the mother would have more sense than the baby. Apparently not.
Crisology 01:40:17 AM Aug 04 2007
blue- that sums it up. Mom admitted she gave the boy the message to repeat. The FA response about the matter not being funny fits in with the fact that another passenger chanted a similar bye bye message out loud during the speech so there was humor in undermining the fact the FA was being outcompeted.. A mom's smile is a primary reinforcer especially for a child lacking proper attention. So if Mom passively said she couldn't control her child while she's smiling at him, that's the reason she can't control him. The baby ruled. Mom has to practice discouraging the child from interrupting at home too. There needs to be consistency. The child wasn't learning to talk, he was learning to ignore authority for attention . Mom didn't just avoid trying to remedy the problem, she encouraged and defended it. Nobody had control of Mom. The gma video is available to get a snapshot of the unruly child.

Cofins, When you're done rolling on the floor laughing your ass off, maybe you can explain what your son serving in Iraq and your husband serving during Vietnam has to do with anything? Did they fight for the rights of the bratty mother and her bratty baby? I personally served during Vietnam and my dad served during WWII. Does that make me right? Do you think your bragging somehow makes you more credible? I think it makes you look like an ass.
It is apparent from the news article that the reason the two were thrown off the plane wasn't because the baby wouldn't shut up. It was because the mother not only wasn't trying to shut the little brat up, she thought it was cute that the baby was disrupting the flight attendent's safety instructions. When the flight attendent told the mother it wasn't cute anymore and the mother still made no attempt to quiet the child, they got the boot. Deservedly so.
You keep defending the baby saying he was only 19 months old. The mother isn't 19

Oops one last question for cris....What no rebutal on this?
"According to cris the entire plane was at fault. This was a post of his over and over many days ago, the adult passengers were disrespectful of the FA...apparently in his book their statements would lend no creditablilty to the mother's cause."
I didn't know how to respond since it was another distorted misquote after I asked parataxic distorters to quote me in context again. It is so far off it would be like me responding to someone who called me a purple dinosaur. In fact other ppl were saying other passengers interrupted the FA. All I said was 123 wrongs don't make a right. I didn't make the statements in the quote above. Sooner or later someone is going to quote me correctly and have trouble in a real debate.

Hey cris, uhoh blue made it personal..going off on him?
You didn't listen when I repeatedly advised not to make it personal so why would you ask me that? I read complaints that I repeat myself so why repeat what I've said the most? I knew you would point his personal responses to me though. Since his comment wasn't directed against proper parenting then I'm not offended. That's between you 2. I think he's giving u a taste of your medicine. .I've already been defending myself enough against a clan of parataxic distorters while they misquote me. Would you have me confront blue after or before you apologize for personal attacks against me?
