Yahoo's Tech Service is very bad. I have written (E-mailed) them several times about a spoofing and 3 months later I have yet to hear from them .

As a microsoft shareholder, I say, withdraw the offer, allow Yahoo's stock to fall off the cliff, then buy it up at the bottom.

This proposed acquisition raises a question. IF.... and I say...IF Microsoft ends up owning Yahoo, does it mean that Yahoo will only work with Windows? Will that mean that Apple MAC users will be locked out of Yahoo? I know that we MAC users are small in number, but Apple needs to keep an eye on this one.
Maybe the Borg were right after all. "WE ARE MICROSOFT. RESISTANCE IS FUTILE. YOU WILL BE ASSIMILATED.'

I would have been happy if the Time Warner-AOL merger was just an also rand. It was an unmitigated disaster and I have the stock loss to prove it. The two companies could not merge their organizations and each thought they were "better" than the other. Dick Parsons was a failure. Sure he got a nice golden parachute. Look for the same thing should/if Microsoft and Yahoo hookup...a disaster in the making.

What an amazing merger, if it happens. MSN has been an enormous failure. Yahoo has possibly the most confused management in the business. What you do is pair two organizations that haven't any great success in the web site business and come up with......Good Lord, who knows. Look what the Time Warner management achieved with AOL. They took one of the most thriving organizations in the world and turned it into an also ran. Some of these mergers just don't make sense!

Sweet Yahoo, has declined the affections of MS... What doesn't MS understand about the word "NO?" Now, going after her children, only appears worse. MS is stalking, plain and simple. Go Away MS, before something terrible occurs... I'll be watching the ticker, MSFT, so behave yourself!
