We still buy bottled water at $8.50 per gallon and complain about 4.00 gasoline. Consumer has more to spend than he will admit to. Look at the traffic, anyone slowed down or cut back?

i find it hard to believe that any one with any business accumen beleives these numbers. inflationary increases account for a large percentage of sales gain not true actual sales. wait til we see the bottom lines on retail companies that reflect the true cost of doing business after inflation is factored in. more spin on the true.
