Report This! This poor man has had nothing but misery in his life. Persecuted by the police, beaten and humiliated, he has not known peace. Lets hope they find those reponsible for this horrible race crime, and he should pursue all legal aspects against them. He needs medical help, professional counseling, and yes money.
Why not, he deserves it, with all the tragedey he has had to endure. God bless him, and wish a speady recovery.

This poor man should not have let his drug addictions alter his behavior in public. They didn't just beat him on the street 1 day. It was after a speeding car chase and the fact that he would not comply with the orderes of the officers that stopped him.
