It's amazing that a starving coutry like Russia finds away to keep gas prices at .88 cents a gal. and the greedy IDIOTS in this country are all about keeping the rich rich.

Interesting how not one of the posts is dealing with the real problem--radical Arab states jacking the price sky-high as a strategic move to bring America to their knees, while Iran and Syria orders Hezbollah to effectively take over Lebanon with arms they provide them.

We've had a series of weak-kneed Presidents, Democrat and Republican alike, who bow to the Arab oil producing states. Beginning with Jimmy Carter, who caused the 1st Arab oil crisis in the 70's, and every President since then, has kissed oily Arab ass, rather than make America completely energy-independent through a combination of solar, wind mill power, oil in ANWR, Calif. Rocky Mountain oil shale production, cleaning up coal (over 900 years worth) with American technology, hybrid tech cars getting govt. tax breaks, building monorail systems (we've had those systems since 1957 in Disneyland), putting monorails next to (or above) every major freeway/highway in the nation. But NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.
Now we're paying for
