What is the difference in Jack Kovorkian and President Bush?

The difference is that Kovorkian honored the wish of his patients, and Bush sent our children to Iraq to be killed to Honor an unjust War in Iraq.

How can Kevorkian... run for PUBLIC OFFICE? Is he a ex-Con? I may be forgetful,
but I had the notion, that Ex-Cons.... can't run for political office....! A repeat of the insanity of years back!.... Poor Michigan, and the U.S. Congress!

Whether you agree with Kevorkian or not, it took a lot of courage to continue to grant the wishes of dying people in the face of prison. I don't think the government has any business deciding what a suffering patient and a doctor should do. If the condition is untreatable and either terminal or causes intractable pain the individual has the right to decide. Our bodies are our own, and we, as individuals should have absolute power over what goes on inside of them. Body Rights.
