Although this case is tragic for ALL involved, I feel Mrs. Meir is only capitalizing on her daughter's iunfortunate and untimely death by seeking some sort of revenge against a woman, Mrs. Drew, who is NOT totally to blame for her daughter's death. It is to my understanding these two women were close friends. Secondly, MM had an extensive history of mental illness. She was also known in the neighborhood/school as being "mean and unfriendly to others." Around the same time as this incident, I was told by someone very close to me (and that lives in the neighborhood) that Mrs. M and Megan verbally attacked him at his door when Megan wasn't receiving enough attention from his son. Mrs. M blamed this man for his son being "unfriendly to her daughter" and was yelling at him on his front doorstep. The fact was, Megan was jealous because this boy was down the street visiting a girl she knew and he had a crush on her, not Megan. The father was appauled by Mrs. Meir's behavior at the time and th

I hope she is convicted and FRYS!!!, but, we know the courts these days, they will probably smack her hand and groups like the ACLU will stand proud and boistrous with their chests strutting outwards and a big big smile on their faces.

i was angry that this adult would create a false image, and would manipulate a vulnerable 13 year old teen. its about time this scum be prosecuted
