now that we know that the bridge in minnesota is being rebuilt , what about the
other bridge near it? state officials should use that bridge as a two way traffic
bridge.
I can remember the bridges here in Los Angeles , being rebuilt after the northridge
earthquake. almost about 6 or more bridges had to be rebuilt. One of them was the
I-10 bridge located at Fairfax Ave. and Washington Blvd. That bridge took only 74 days to rebuild.
when these bridges are being rebuilt , they should have strong and very solid
support to hold that many people. please no more flimsy built bridges.

Sorry - I mean bridge! I really didn't expect the last post to go through - so I didn't proof-read.

Holy Moly is this true? Wonder if they will find inferior steel was used. afterall, old man Joe Kennedy made some of his money from selling inferior steel to our government during WWII. Many ships were made from it. besides his bootlegging money he made during prohibition that is. So us buying inferior steel is npothing new. Wonder if it is true for the bridge? Wonder just how many of our bridges built with inferior steel if it is true.

Here is something that has not been brought up. The 35w bridge when built in 1967, was constructed with steel from japan, the steel was all recycled scrap metal that came from the U.S. You have to wonder, how many other U.S. bridges were built with scrap steel. Beware Toyota owners, your socalled trucks also may have faulty framework

THE ONLY REASON THIS BRIDGE WILL BE REPAIRED QUICKLY IS BECAUSE THE REPUBLICAN PROPAGANDA FEST WILL BE IN MINNESOTA....WONDER WHEN BUSH WILL BE HELPING THE PEOPLE OF NEW ORLEANS WHO ARE STILL SUFFERING FROM HURRICANE KATRINA LIKE HE PROMISED?

OF COURSE THIS BRIDGE WILL BE REPARIED QUICKLY. MINNESOTA IS THE SITE OF THE NEXT PROPAGANDA RALLY (repub. convention)...WONDER HOW THE PEOPLE OF NEW ORLEANS FEEL WHO ARE STILL WAITING FOR HELP....DIDN'T BUSH PROMISE THEM HELP 2 YEARS AGO?

Hey all...be careful reporting offensive posts. I reported this person for racial posts...Mesbuckwheat...and AOL cut off my service as the poster! Can you believe that?
Hopefully they'll be more careful in future and boy so will I. I did notice they removed all of the racial posts though.
Now as to Americaiscrap...reported as offensive sexual posts. Hopefully this garbage is attributed to correct poster and removed too.
