- GirlGoneGrady: Simon is the only important judge anyway. You could put a goat and a tricycle next to him and things would still be the same.
- GirlGoneLeBron: That is true.
- GirlGoneGrady: The only things that will be missed are Randy's dawgs and Paula's incoherent you-look-pretty-but-you-can't-really-sing-compliments.

dancer (11:18 PM 6/4/2007): The thought of burned out, talentless (think about it - a comeback base on lipsyncing????) trailer trash being a judge for Idol is bizarre - laughable actually. But maybe it is a perfect match - talentless Britney offering advice and judgement on talentless contestants. Britney's career is clearly in the toilet - so maybe her only option is to jump on the AI bandwagon in the hopes of gaining some kind of cachet. Sad.
Losing Credibility (11:40 PM 6/4/2007): Whole new panel of judges would be great. Simon's caustic comments are predictable, Paula's - well, I don't know if her problems are physical or mental or both. I find her tiresome and overly sentimental, totally don't know the other judge. The Sanjaya thing was so contrived and bogus. Show's losing credibility faster than girls are losing their virginity in Hollywood.
Dorothy (4:26 PM 6/10/2007): Simon is the only one that speaks english and he doesn't even live here. I'm sick of Randy calling men and women dawg,and starting every sentence with "check it out". Paula needs help then maybe she can speak english,but somewhere else. Oh yes, Simon is hard but usually fair. And yes they will all be there until their contracts run out barring other distasters.
Cecil Jones (2:40 AM 6/5/2007): True or not true, AI doesn't get it. The problem with the show is exploitation, not who sits in judgement. Britney would make the show more of a joke. How many people will AI destroy trying to find one good one? Why does it take so long to make a decision? It's the Gong Show without Jean Jean the Dancing Machine and Chuck Barris. Ryan Seacrest can't wear Chuck's shoes. Randy can't dance like the Machine. Paula is a match for JP Morgan. Jamie Fox and Simon are a toss up. Simon's mean wins, but that's so yesterday. When we couldn't say "Nappy" AI was doomed.

deeliptak (6:42 PM 6/5/2007): Boy what a mistake that would be. The show is very popular right now and seems to have the perfect balance of characters. I really don't care about Britney Spears one way or the other, hope she can get her life back on track..really. She is not a bad person (so I've heard) just a little lost. She is a strong woman and a fighter -she'll be just fine. Simon, Paula, Randy and Ryan are perfect and I hope nothing changes next season!!

Marilyn (6:35 AM 6/5/2007): I myself like Randy and Paula. This is the very first year I have really watched the whole season of the Idol. I did not like all that happened on it with the Sanjya thing, should not have gone on as long as it did, although some things were ok with him. This is the first year I have voted due to sanjaya so I could help in keeping him off. Simon is cool but I will Not watch it again if Randy and Paula leave and BRITTANY comes in.

Lynne (6:42 AM 6/5/2007): I haven't watched AI since Bo Byce lost. From what I have heard I didn't miss much. When Bo was on Randy made me sick with his Dawg shit. Paula is a doper and stupid to boot. The only one I could stand was Simon. He looked for talent and was usually right on the money. This show needs to off the air. Reminds me of a bad soap.

That girl is a disgrace to music and anyone that wants to be an American Idol. Why don't they just pass out crack and hair clippers at the auditions now. What the heck are they thinking??????

Herman Smith (8:55 AM 6/5/2007): The current Idol judges have good chemistry and compliment each other, Randy keeps it real....most of the time, Paula adds some buffering effects between Randy and Simon. Simon....well let's just say that he has proven himself long before "Idol" and his ability to pinpoint what everyone else is thinking is spot on!
Removing Randy and Paula will no doubt be a TV goof for sure, and to replace Paula with Brittney Spears is a total insult to the Idol audience. Don't stoop that low to try to gain a few extra Nielsen points...."IT WILL NOT WORK!!"
