Audiences and anyone alike who have attended the David Letterman show know that the rules set forth by the production prohibit screaming and whistling due to interference caused by microphone proximity to the audience. Anyone getting too loud - gets bounced! Looks like Letterman finally had enough of Die Hard Star Bruce Willis and told him to just plain Die!
