Let's all get real Posh lives in a "fantasy world" whatever she has is fake whether it be a fake chest or whatever. Look all of us normal moms on a daily schedule with our children who cannot have the most perfect bods. I work hard for mine and if I had the money I too would have breast implants and tons of other things like botox like Posh. However, my children come first so if they need new clothes I put my money there firt.
