Why would anyone want to leave their hard earned money to someone that has no sense of respect or concideration for others or someone who thinks they are better then everyone else and feel they are above the law. Kudoos to Grandpa Hilton for making a wise and inteligent choice. His money will be more benificial to by helping others less fortunate. What better way to give back too the world that made him wealthy. Just look at the photo, the photographer really captured the true persona of the person.

Jim (6:43 PM 7/30/2007): Paris will most likely begin to recover from her alcoholism long before her grandpa is dead. Maybe he is trying to provide a motive for her
, since forced detoxes do not really provide incentive. Neither do short jail terms when you go back to a mansion. I hope that he reinstates her. She is bound to want to change, as Paris can not be too proad of her antics. I really do wish her only the best.
INFO (6:46 PM 7/30/2007): JUDY: Nicky Hilton was FOUNDER Conrad Hilton's son, as was Barron, another son, and ZsaZsa's daughter Francesca (now 60 because she was their younger HALF-sister). CONRAD HILTON LEFT HIS FORTUNE TO CHARITY IN 1979---HOWEVER, Barron, now 79 yrs old, fought for it in court and AFTER 7 YEARS, won. BUT he won ONLY because he had WORKED & EARNED THE $$$ VIA THE BUSINESS! The other 3 got NOTHING. NOW, it does not surprise me that Barron is doing the same thing Conrad did! DIFFERENCE IS NOW THAT BARRON'S 8 USELESS KIDS (Rick Hilton is one of the 8) NEVER WORKED IN THE FAMILY BIZ, AND WOULD NEVER WIN IN COURT.
Lisa (6:46 PM 7/30/2007): Dear Gramps.. You have my upmost RESPECT. As it stands, you seem to be the ONLY Hilton that i do respect. Ypu had the guts to actually DO something where the rest of the family has gone to hell in reguards to paris. So many in this world would have spent most their time trying to really help others where paris has just helped herself. At least the money will go to something she should have already been doing.

Stephan C. Drew (7:42 PM 7/30/2007): Though I don't particularly care for Paris, I don't think she should be completely disinherited. I would have left her just enough to survive on & a house in the suburbs. But, I see why her grandfather is trying to teach her She is behaving the way her parents raised her to act -- with no self-control or regard for others. I don't entirely blame her for her mom & dad's poor parenting skills. Mommy & Daddy are the ones who should be disinherited -- for raising a brat. However, how did Paris get all the bad aspects of her childhood & Nicky (her sister) is never heard about in a bad way. My grandfather left trust funds for all his grandchildren, on the condition that we would act responsibly & also that we not be able to touch the money until we are 25 yrs. old. I don't think anyone under 25 can have money & use it wisely.
Just me (7:22 PM 7/30/2007): As Americans we all have the rights to voice our opinions, I am not knocking those who do either. I am just stating something i have noticed... I am not a Paris fan but i am not a Paris hater either. I get sick of the endless stories about her, Linsey, Britney basically all of hollywoods elite tales of woe. I do what Others need to try. Change the channel, flip the news paper page. What ever it is. If Paris gets the money or not it isn't going to change my life in the least...There is a war going on, and we are as guilty if not more so then the Paris' of the world. we give the media the attention by watching,commenting and all out complaining about them. The media is doing their job giving the American public just what they desire most. Tales of entertainment. I am as guilty as the next person. here is my example, I Love the NY YANKEES but still don't like how a baseball player makes millions apon millions of dollars to play a game, while there are people out there who risk their lives everyday to insure our safety, and most of all freedom and they make next to nothing. We as Americans put way to much emphasis on entertainment and not enough on human life! Now i will get off my soap box i've said my peace... If you can read this thank a teacher, If you can read this in english thank a soldier...
