I'm known for my dreams, trust me, she is pregnant ! Personally, I'm thrilled for her, as I am sure she must be. Blessings J Lo !

If she is, its definitely Marc's he always up her a--. I guess he knows better than to leave her alone lest she find an ex to screw around with.
