In the new issue of Penthouse, Tracy Morgan admits that a lot of the Saturday Night Live cast members were fed up with Jimmy Fallon's penchant for laughing during all the sketches.
It's good to know because we were too.

Fallon cracked up a lot during his SNL skits which would upset Morgan and others.

angel (5:51 PM 9/17/2007): I actually like when the actors crack up. It's natural. What I can't stand is when they are obviously reading from the cue cards.
DD (7:11 PM 9/17/2007): I agree with angel...I think its really funny when they crack up. When they laugh, I know they are having a great time and that, in turn, makes me laugh too.
anna (7:52 PM 9/17/2007): are you kidding me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thats when I watched the show that was funny and they need more of that because the writing sucks.
Mary (7:55 PM 9/17/2007): I thought it was cute when Jimmy cracked up....it's not like none of them weren't guilty of it at some point. Jimmy was enjoying himself...what's wrong with that?
Diane Dobbs (8:25 PM 9/17/2007): I loved Jimmy Fallon on SNL I've watched it since it 1st started [as a kid] It was always at it's funniest when the actors [like Belushi] would be so f@#*ing funny that no one could keep a straight face!!! It was a compliment to his ability and added depth to the moment!! It Always guaranteed we would laugh even more...
spenditalltoday (9:10 PM 9/17/2007): i think they're just jealous of fallon, he's better than they are anyway.
Ray (9:26 PM 9/17/2007): Jimmy is one funny man, actually he is the funniest man that was ever on that dreadful show. I for one cannot wait to see it go off the air, its way past its time
Christina (10:26 PM 9/17/2007): I'm totally agreeing with the SNL cast members and The Cooler. Yeah, sometimes its funny when the cast members crack up, but not ALL the time. Jimmy Fallon couldn't keep a straight face in any of the sketches. It got really old. Sometimes it was like he was trying to laugh to get a rise out of the audience. I'm glad he's gone.
Ray (10:38 PM 9/17/2007): Jimmy is the most funniest man I have ever seen on the show and I for one cannot wait to see it finally go off the air. Jimmy--I love you.
Lila (11:19 PM 9/17/2007): I think it's hysterical when they actors crack up. It's funny to watch them try to hold in their laugh... I like Jimmy Fallon better than that Tracy Morgan guy anyway....
David (12:53 AM 9/18/2007): In the acting world, it's called "stealing focus"...a big no-no.
David (12:55 AM 9/18/2007): In the acting world, it's called "stealing focus"...a major no-no.
Kay (1:51 AM 9/18/2007): The cast was probably ticked because Jimmy was the ONLY one who was laughing at their lame skits. The show totally sucks.
Randy (2:17 AM 9/18/2007): I was annoyed by that too. Seem like he was trying to be like Tim Conway from The Carol Burnett Show. Fallon is totally over rated.
rynaldo (7:58 AM 9/18/2007): i think its hilarious when they lose it and start laughing, i just began watching the carol burnett show on video and tim conway would cause the other memebers in their skits to break up all the time you can see all of them trying to hold back their laughter and watching them trying to contain their composher is sometimes funnier than the entire skit, so laugh people laugh at ourselves sometimes its the better humor
K (8:23 AM 9/18/2007): I agree, the show was terrible. I enjoyed when Jimmy and Heratio would do skits together. I laughed when they laughed. Look where that comment is coming from
Tracy "I need a drink in order to be funny" Morgan.
Nora (8:31 AM 9/18/2007): As a child, I always remembered enjoying the Carol Bernett show because many of the characters could not help laughing at their own skits. It was natural of them and fun to watch!
bandomom (9:36 AM 9/18/2007): Whoopdie freakin' doo! Seeing the actors crack up makes it that much better! Get a grip Tracy.
Blu (10:08 AM 9/18/2007): Laughter only begets more laughter. They should be glad people were laughing.
Amy Liz (10:10 AM 9/18/2007): I absolutely LOVED when Jimmy cracked up... and he always was able to pull it together. Maybe these cast members should remind themselves that they, too, laughed and that yes they, too, were able to pull out of it and continue on... this makes them INCREDIBLY GOOD at their job! Sketch comedy is difficult. Everyone on that show works their butts off and everyone deserves credit.
And for the record... one of my fave skits was when it was Jimmy and Ben Affleck doing the scene at a Boston House Party... they BOTH lost it and it was GREAT TELVISION!
Leave Jimmy Be.
