Just when the 'Baby Boom' generation hits the age of 60, data has been released showing a new baby boom. A record 4,315,000 babies were born in the USA in 2007. The last time the number was this high was in 1957. What is causing this 'perfect storm' of births? There are several factors and AOL News has those details.
